We requested a room at the top floor for the mountain view which they agree to while booking. However, after checking in they gave us a room on the ground floor which literally had no view. Then after bringing up the conversation- they agreed to give us a better room. The amenities felt old and shabby.

The hotel location allowed us a view of the mountains from the balcony but however sadly the clouds didn't gave us that luxury. This big room is recommended for people travelling in a group of four. The staffs were quite cordial. The ala carte breakfast was decent.

The weather . Be a fabulous place to stay Sept/ Oct when we will return one day.

Unfortunately, when we were in Nagarkot, the fires were still burning, and there were not any views. Had there been, the hotel was perfectly situated to capture them . Staff were very informative about walks available in the area.

There was some confusion about the breakfast policy/process as it was low season, but they were very accommodating.

Super clean, new facilities, nice rooftop and view, close to town. We were upgraded to a larger room which was lovely. The staff were great, helped us with laundry and organized yoga for us.

Unfortunately at this time of viewing there is too s much smoke to see the views.

It is well located in he village and the room is a good size with a balcony which has a good view. It is also nice and quiet.

- Although the hotel accepts card payments, this incurs a 3% charge which isn't mentioned on booking.com (however there are 2 ATMs in Nagarkot so we were able to pay with cash) - We could hear the guests in the room above us and beside us sometimes through the ceiling and wall (though it was festival time in Nepal, so the hotel was understandably quite busy with families!)

- Super lovely, friendly and helpful staff who really want you to have a good stay - Amazing views of the Himalayas from the room balcony and from the hotel rooftop - Great location in Nagarkot - Decent hot shower in the ensuite bathroom - The Nepali buffet dinner was nice - One of the hotel staff drove us to Kathmandu airport at the end of our stay for $35 equiv

Toiletaries could be better

Breakfast is nice. Location is center of town soconvenient to commute. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The view of Himalaya was breathtaking even in raining season we got the glimpse of the view luckily!

There is room for improving the food (lunch/dinner) and room amenities (slipper in room and gown, if possible)

The very nice people serving us was superb. Cleanliness was very good. Location and rooms were beautiful to enjoy the beautiful hill side experience. Breakfast was nice in the morning.

Breakfast was just good.

Situated in a great location with one of the best views of mountains in Nagarkot. Our room with balcony was spacious, spanking clean and bright. The owners were very friendly and the restaurant staff was very nice, polite and helpful. The roof top space was fantastic. Their breakfast could use some more choices but it was still tasteful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Despite the promises our room was ridiculously small, two beds with the wall around, no wardrobe, no coat racks, no chairs, , only one very small table top. We had to put the clothes we took off in a drawer because there was nothing to put them on. In short, two beds in an empty closet. The bathroom is small, the shower is without curtain or step. The published photographs bear absolutely no resemblance to the truth

Excellent cleanliness, the restaurant is great, the breakfast good . The staff is very kind and efficient and effectively remedies the lack of elevator. There is a beautiful roof terrace that, had it not been for an impenetrable fog, would have allowed us the view of the Himalayas

We had a great time at the hotel! The staff was really caring, the room perfect, all new, clean, with a balcony offering a beautiful view. The staff organized our pickup in Kathmandu, then in the airport and helped us to plan activities in Nagarkot and all the visits we could do around. We even had the chance to be there for the one year birthday of the hotel and the boss invited us to share a good meal with him, his family and the team. It was a wonderful experience and we hardly recommend this place for a visit in Nagarkot.
