This is an absolute gem in Pokhara. While the price is similar to other mid-range hotels in Pokhara, the facilities are a lot better. The hotel is new, rooms are very big, everything is clean, the bed is large and very comfortable, the hotel-restaurant has an amazing rooftop bar and the hotel is located at the dead center of tourist Pokhara. This is your go-to hotel in Pokhara.

The quality of service of the hotel’s restaurant. We went to the hotel’s restaurant to have some drinks and the waiter brought us a bottle of water and opened it without us having ordered it. We asked and he confirmed the water was not complementary, which is not acceptable for a nice restaurant.

Wifi was a bit slow. Food prices were high. No halal food available for muslims. The TV was outside the room. No hotel transportation from bus counter. Morning food menu should be buffet with more items.

I liked the skyview lounge. I liked the balcony. The beds were comfortable. The washroom was big and clean. The staffs were amazing. Amazing location. The view was classic.

There was a miscommunication between booking.com and hotel management. We booked 2 lake view with terrace for 3 nights stay from booking.com, however while checking in, hotel staff said your booking doesn’t mention lake side view. We had our booking details which clearly mentioned the amenities. They were not able to provide the rooms with view 1st day. Second day, they were able to provide only one room with lake view. However, they provided complementary breakfast for 2 people as a compensation. Booking.com failed to communicate properly with the hotel management which caused this confusion and discomfort. This experience leads me to think it’s better to book directly on hotels official site and not through booking.com!

The location is very central. You can reach most places in 5-10 minutes by walk or a taxi. There are a lot of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and the staff was very polite and smily. Food was delicious

The location is really great, there is an amazing view from the restaurant. The stuff is really helpful, they managed to get us a great guide for the trekking trip, they arranged a car to drive us to Kathmandu. The rooms were really clean and nice.

I am definitely sure that the room area mentioned on the site is wrong. Family deluxe room is no where near to 32 Sq Mt. i.e 320 Sq ft, the actual size of room should be anywhere between 200 to 225 Sq ft max. The room no 401 which I stayed is very absurdly designed room. Tv is on other side of partition ( why the partition is unknown) which you cannot see from your bed. Every time you have to use washroom you have to open the partition sliding door and than go to the washroom. View from the balcony is the highest plus point of the room. You can just have an amazing view of the Phewa lake and the splendid mountains surrounded from all sides.

No Indian breakfast only continental breakfast is served and that to same menu repeated every day, the hotel should take this as a matter of concern as Indians are not used to this type of breakfast everyday. Location is 10 out of 10.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean and spacious with an amazing shower and balcony view. The hotel is perfectly located in lakeside. The staff were exceptional, so accomodating and willing to help with all my queries such as booking tours, where to go shopping, where to post postcards etc. It felt like a home away from home. If I ever return to Pokhara I'll be sure to stay here again. Made my visit all the more perfect.
