Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The staff is wonderful as is the manager. The restaurant was excellent and affordable. The spa was great.

The room was clean and had everything needed, the food at the restaurant was exceptional and the staff very kind and helpful. The manager himself helped me with a trip to a faraway monastery, where other hotel wouldn't take you. The driver was very polite and with a positive attitude. I strongly appreciate the effort they put so that I could enjoy a great vacation in Kathmandu. I would definitely stay there again.

IndiaNegatives - The staffs were very ignorant and they dont even have any idea about the bills that we payed.At the time of checkout came up with certain bills that we already payed and then we were forced to make them check the CCTV and confirm thenpayment..Thatsl too at the time of checkout.Then again came up with certain bills that were not supposed to pay after the checkout..And the guys at the reception and their attitude,totally unapologetic. If there was an option,i would have given 0 rating.Avoid staying here and you have so.many goos reasonable hotels at Thamel central itself. Its a bit long from the happening spots of thamel.The staffs attitude spoils whatever positives there for the hotel.
