My husband and I recently stayed at Homeland Forest Villa. Our trip took an unexpected turn when we both fell ill. The staff’s outstanding care and support turned a challenging situation into a comforting one. From the moment we informed the team about our condition, they went above and beyond to assist us. When it became clear that we need to extend our stay for recovery, the resort staff handled all the necessary travel bookings , transportation to and from the hospital and assisted with our visa extension. A special mention goes to the owner Mr.Bimal Tiwari who was exceptional throughout. Bimal's kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly remarkable. He personally checked in with us daily, ensuring we had everything we needed, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Homeland Forest Villa itself is beautiful, with outstanding facilities, but it’s the extraordinary people and their dedication to their guests that truly set this place apart. We are immensely grateful to the team at Homeland Forest Villa for their care during such a stressful time. We had an amazing experience at your hotel thanks to the owner and his friends. They were extremely active, helpful, and responsible, even taking us on hikes to explore Pokhara. We wouldn't have experienced such an extent of Pokhara if we had chosen to stay elsewhere. The only area for improvement is the staff, as their service was a bit slow. Overall, we're grateful for the exceptional hospitality provided.

The hospitality you will find here is unique, Bimal will immediately show you his enthusiasm in having you as guests. He will also always be willing to solve any questions regarding travel, trekking and any other problems :) the rooms are clean, welcoming and with a space view! Highly recommended, even though it takes about 10 minutes of walking to get to the lake.

Beautiful and quiet place on the side of a hill. You can hike up the lush hill to see colorful birds and allegedly the mountains (it was cloudy so we couldn't see them). The homeland forest villa is a 10min walk from the city center. As the streets are very safe, you can easily just walk there ( also during the night). Dinner and breakfast are also available there, and it's nice to have in in the garden with the view over the city. Finally, the owner is particularly friendly. He spent some time playing with me and my daughter in the garden and helped us organize activities and trips. It was also comfortable having a WhatsApp chat with him to ask for advice or services (laundry, breakfast...). I highly recommend!

Súper friendly owner and staff and nice location up on a hill closer to nature. Nice views of Pokhara and lake below, and lovely green space and garden where you can have your meals and which we loved to have for our baby to lay out on a blanket while enjoying the view :)

Had go up steep stairs to get to property and bathroom water pressure was not good. Hot water tap was working good but cold water was barely drip ..little rust on showerhead. The letdown was driver appointed by property as booked early sunrise tour was disaster. Cheat and liar. Drove us up but dropped us off at viewpoint where million other Chinese tourist with their camera was which was not was I asked for. I asked him drop us closest to viewpoint tower and was told ‘NO’ that it was too much too far. I was shocked and all this wasted time and soon was sunrise so I had no choice but stand there like typical tourist who only wanted photo op which ruined my experience of the Annapurna totally. This same driver shockingly turned up again to drop us off airport when leaving and charged more though price was agreed at hotel earlier. Have say this further ruined my experience and I left with bad impression and feeling overall. Nepal has changed since my last journey here. Everything is transactional and though people are amazing but we tourist are nothing but ‘milking cow’ of money to them. I came for the beauty and awe of Himalaya ..so sad see this happening.Never again.

Owner Bimal was star of this property,always smiling welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, I did not get the lake view room as was taken but property is lovely away from hustle bustle of Pokhara town but was not best for me as travelling with elderly mum on hillside with steep stairs was not good for her.

One of the most beautiful places in Nepal. This property is located in lakeside Pokhara. Homeland Forest Villa is surrounded by bamboo plant and trees. Staff are super good and polite. Owner is super easy and informative. Rooms are absolutely amazing with great lake and city view.

I don't have enough words on how welcoming this hotel was, the owner and the staff are amazing, my whole trip to pokhara was fantastic due to his advices, i end up having a brother in pokhara.
