Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe view from the room was depressive. More items could be added to the dinner menu considering the diversity of the clients. Wi-Fi / Internet availability should be available everywhere without switching area passwords. Laundry services can add a bit of worry-free vacations.
The location is excellent, close to most shops including handicrafts, food, grocery, souvenirs and many ATM. Breakfast was basic but fresh each day. Good enough to start the day. Local and national tours were efficiently arranged, including any kind of transport locally or nationwide. Mr Basu was very helpful and thoughtful of the customer's needs. The rooftop restaurant and bar were added pleasantness.

NepalWe didn’t get the room we booked for the room was already occupied by someone else and we had to stay at a different room without the balcony that we were looking forward to. Overall it was a great experience despite the hiccups.
The breakfast was superb and the staff was polite and helpful. Space was quite and calming despite the fact that it is located in Thamel.

The hotel is quiet since it's nicely tucked away from the noisy street. Rooms on the upper floor(s) are nice and bright whereas those on the lower floors seem darker. Great rooftop terrasse/restaurant where you get the excellent breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The supplied kit (when asked, it was not there in the first place) was horrible and caused injury to my gum. 2. In breakfast there were no sugar substitutes for tea/coffee. It is essential now a day.
