This hotel is probably the best place to stay at Pokhara both in terms of the location (few mins walk to the lake) and overall ambience of the place. The beautifully curated garden gives a sense of calm & peace, and you could spend the whole day just sitting at the ground floor garden space. The rooms are very clean & comfortable, and the service is immaculate! The staff are very efficient, courteous, and well trained. The food is probably the best we had in Pokhara after trying many restaurants & pubs on the lake side road (popular for eateries) but the hotel had the best food in terms of quality, taste, and price. The manager Mr.Bikash does a fantastic job in managing the guests and their needs. If you need any assistance with travel logistics, tourist attraction bookings or any local information etc, then Bikash is always happy to help. Overall, a great experience & highly recommended place to stay. Thank you

the electricity failed a few times but only for a few minutes

The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. the hotel was small and cosy but had all the facilities including a gorgeous lush courtyard and a rooftop with views, as well as being well located, on a quiet street a short walk from the Main Street with many good restaurants and shops. we chose the deluxe double rooms in the building with the elevator and they were lovely and spacious, bathrooms with modern fittings,toiletries, hairdryer, there was tea and a kettle, complimentary mineral water, tv,a.c. , Wi-Fi huge bed, spacious wardrobe, dressing table…you couldn’t ask for more. Breakfast (included in our price) was very tasty too and had vegan options.

Punches well above its weight in terms of service and quality of the rooms. Feels like a high quality hotel that is significantly better than the cheaper price tag it offers. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The spa is lovely and the pool / dining area is very relaxing - couldn’t recommend highly enough! Also has a good range of food as it is linked to Fresh Elements restaurant as well (which is a must in Pokhara!)

My husband and I spent time here before and after the Annapurna Circuit trek, and absolutely loved it. The staff was outstanding and helped with all of our needs! Bikesh was especially wonderful and assisted us with bus tickets, sleeping bag rental, luggage storage, coffee, etc. An overall wonderful stay with great atmosphere, spa, AC, hot showers, and prime location in Pokhara. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere, dedicated and caring staff. There are a variety of facilities in the hotel in very good quality (gym, massage parlor...) We really liked that the meals and dishes can be ordered from a menu (not a buffet) and are prepared quickly. Very high quality and value for the cost.

A lot of short power outages, but thats quite common here I believe. Hotel has a backup that kicks in soon, so no problem for long.

Great and superfriendly staff, nice room, good bed. Felt really welcome here. Great location. Transferring rooms was done before we knew it, because of some construction noise. They can arrange everything for you. Good and fast laundry service, worth the price. Great massages and food. Stayed here a long time because of an injury, so our hikingplans changed. Free luggage storage when away on a trip. Great wifi.

Furniture just limit for that type of hotel By booking the breakfast is much, much higher, inside it's at 500nrp. Nevertheless outside there are so many options. Internet not always stable

amazing place, very tranquil, has a pool and very nice spa. the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. the location is perfect as well, walking distance from the lake and city center. also would like to mention about the food, it was delicious and worth for money paid. Highly recommend the place, has everything to enjoy your Pokhara trip!
