The bathroom was too small, everytime we had a bath the water would spill out. Also the bathroom light had wires coming out and was dirty. Even the hairdryer machine was too close to the shower. They have a lovely pool but you can only use it wearing swimming costume. Even the kids

The swimming pool didn’t get any sunshine during the day. Rooms were nice but would have expected more for the price

The bed, however, was very soft and sinking in the middle, but bearable. Sheets were clean and smelled fresh so that made up for it. There was a window next to the lift that could not fully be closed. The worst experience from this was the massage. The massage service was the worst I ever had in my life. We entered the room already feeling uncomfortable and lost at what to do, or where to leave our clothes and there was no towel for us to wrap up. The masseuse had long nails which kept scratching me while she was gently rubbing her fingers over my body without using any strength despite me telling her I needed her to use some strength. My fiancé’s masseuse was good, however. At the end of our massage he was shocked to see the amount of oil that had been lathered on me. The sheets were soaked in oil with the shape of my body imprinted on it.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. Sheets were clean and smelled fresh so that made up for the sinking bed. There was a window next to the lift that could not fully be closed. Toilet was clean and hot water was available. The staff were pleasant.

The shower was woeful. No hot water and little pressure. Power and wifi were always cutting out( that is Pokhara thing I guess) Bed mattress was not very good. Mind you , I have had a lot worse

Construction work going on in the hotel They gave us a lower category room initially despite booking higher category but was later changed Restaurants menu is very limited. The hotel management has multiple stand alone restaurants on the same street and is encouraging guests to explore those rather than consume meals at the hotel. There is construction going on in parallel building so there is lot of noise. Even in the garden area lot of construction work happening was not able to use pool or other facilities. Hot water was lukewarm. Shower water pressure was slow. Wc suction was less hence had to flush multiple times.

Room was directly above the swimming pool. I had distinctly requested a quiet room. The noise was absolutely absurd. It ruined my stay.

The air conditioner worked well. WiFi worked well. Bed was comfortable. Room was directly above the swimming pool, so the noise was terrible.

Noisy hotel - kept us awake. Female front desk reception were unpleasant.

Location. Male staff (not female staff at front desk who were rude and unwelcoming, more worried about when their own breakfast was coming instead of dealing with us and other customers). Spa massage and staff were good.

It was really noisy at night, the bedroom doors slammed quite loudly, and you could here a lot of other noises from other rooms, as well as an extremely loud sound effect coming from the tv every now and then, I think it was when the tv reconnect to the WiFi, that woke me up nearly every morning :/ also our shower leaked into our room.

the pool was lovely and the staff were absolutely wonderful, so attentive and smiley !

But , while checking out they are asking the missed hand towel,which I don't have and they keep on searching my flight time was getting nearer. Finally they sent me without charge for that. But that suspicion on hand towel was bad on my stay.

Hotel was situated in the prime location, everything was good.

Slow service in restaurant. Facilities were dated and some broken and did not work. No handle to balcony door. Hole in the wall. Bedside lights didn't work. No hand towel in bathroom. No extra pillows.

Staff were very helpful organising tours. Beds were very comfortable. 24/7 hot water.

We were under the impression that an airport shuttle would be arranged as mentioned on the website while booking. But instead we were asked to pay for a taxi when we asked for airport drop. it is not about the cost its customer service and always informing the customer. very disappointing.

The decoration of the room were I stayed was very basic ; not fancy and didn’t match the whole atmosphere of the place. Nevertheless it was really clean and it has views of the mountains and the lake.

The place has a really nice and relaxing atmosphere and pool is great (small but good) and the staff are really friendly.
