The staff were friendly and courteous. Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiles and someone took us through the property explaining the facilities. Someone helped us with our luggage and escorted us to our room. We enjoyed our breakfast included in the package where we were presented with an a la cart menu and you get to choose what you would like to order. We were initially planning to take a private car to Kathmandu and got to know from a friend it was not the ideal choice of transportation. As we didn’t have any other options planned, the hotel helped us with our very last minute domestic tickets and arranged a free transfer to airport to compensate our early check out from hotel. Thank you everyone at the hotel for been so friendly and helpful 😀

Our room was on the 4th floor with no lift.

The rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning and water pressure. The swimming pool was lovely and the staff very helpful and friendly.

The property was well kept and within walking distance of the lake.

Beautiful roof top with clean and spacious rooms. The pool was small but the area was beautifully presented. The free breakfast on offer was exceptional and the manager also upgraded our room which made it extra special.

Excellent value but recommend a deluxe room, well worth the slightly higher price. Pool area is nice, although small. Nice breakfast.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel and we truly loved it. Very good location, right off the Main Street at Lake side with lovely and peaceful garden with pool, sauna and gym. Our room was a suite therefore very spacious and with front terrace overlooking the mountains. Very fast lift, comfy beds and large shower in the bathroom. The staff is really 5 stars, always ready and attentive and super helpful. Breakfast is so nice and the restaurant amazing. We enjoyed our stay very very much and we were sad to leave.

Due to the beautiful plants near the pool, there are some mosquitoes.

Very friendly, professional and hospitable staff. They even welcomed us with a cake for my son’s birthday. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds.

During the night and early in the morning there were some quite loud noises, I woke up because of that. It might be useful to look after this, and eliminate if possible.

The hotel is very beautiful, especially the garden! The pool is pleasant, the spa section is relaxing, the lounge and garden areas are great to spend time in. Staff is friendly helpful and polite. They made us feel welcomed there. Maybe the best part of our stay was the food, which is extraordinary!

The hotel food is a little expensive but reasonable, and we were happy to pay for the comfort of eating at the hotel

A truly wonderful hotel that really made the experience. All of the staff were lovely and always there to help. The food was delicious and they had a very varied menu. The pool was lovely and added to our trip. The hotel room was spacious with a nice bathroom, big bed and even had a balcony. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast is great. The rooms on the other wing of the hotel was not very comfortable. Bathroom was not great. Staff was very helpful and location is good. They have a great spa.

I loved it!

This hotel offers such a "sanctuary" from the vibrant, busy streets of Pokhara~ spa treatments, nice restaurant, roof-top bar. Loved the gardens and the pool!
