the breakfast staff were a bit slow, but overall this is a great hotel.

Our room was very nice, with a comfortable seating area outside the room. The swimming pool is very good, and refreshing after a very hot walking safari! The location is very central and close to everything you need. We didn't arrange a pick-up from the bus station, but we rang the hotel upon arrival and they came and picked us up, and took us back at the end of our stay - thanks!

Minor points which will be very easy to fix. Pop a small fridge into the room, Chitwan is hot and keeping bottled water cool is a struggle. Room was dusty, top of cupboard and under the bed needed cleaned.

Brilliant staff who were very helpful and friendly. Looked after us and got us good prices for activities.

Nothing particular to mention that I didn't like. Location is very good, with nearby river and panoramic scenes. The staff were smiling and cooperative.

Breakfast was excellent and room services excellent. We enjoyed swimming as well.

I had a wonderful experience at Jungle Safari Lodge in Sauraha. The location is perfect—just a short distance from Chitwan National Park, making it very convenient for safari tours and wildlife activities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with air conditioning, a balcony, and all the necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting with everything from booking jungle safaris to ensuring a comfortable stay. They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and I especially loved the breakfast options. The garden and pool area were well-maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. It’s a great place to unwind after an adventurous day in the park. Overall, I highly recommend Jungle Safari Lodge to anyone visiting Chitwan. Great hospitality, comfortable stay, and a perfect location!

The rooms are big, spacious, well appointed, well-maintained and sufficiently equipped. The staff are very well trained, motivated, courteous, polite and eager to help. The chef and his team in the kitchen did a wonderful job with meals. Very tasty and homely food. The property is centrally located. The owner Suman is personally involved in managing the property. It was a pleasure talking to him and learning much about Chitwan National Park, it's history and what one can expect. Jeep Safari trips with packed Lunch was wonderful experience. On top of that, availability of onsite EV charging station kept me stress free. All in all,we had a memorable stay and i strongly recommend this property as a fantastic choice and great value for money. i will definitely be there on my next visit….

Love their swimming pool as well as they do the best coffee in the area. I wholeheartedly recommend it Our experience at Jungle Safari Lodge was absolutely amazing. We would like to commend the excellent cuisine, which provided us with delicious meals every day. A special thanks goes to the staff for their patience and understanding in every way.The staff was incredibly accommodating and did everything possible to make our stay unforgettable. Our stay at Jungle Safari Lodge was truly wonderful, and we would love to return.

Great ambiance and service. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner. Location was great- very close (walkable distance) to the most of the city amenities including in house cafe. Staffs were kind and helpful. We will definitely return.

If we really had to be picky one of the pool beds was broken but the pool itself was immaculate!

Right from the start it was spotless and well presented. The manager, Rashan was welcoming and full of information obviously very proud of his hotel & the renovations taking place. He even organised fresh fruit to come to our room the night before we left as we were departing too early for breakfast. All of the staff including Jagat were super friendly and attentive making our last night in Souraha very special. Oh….and the coffee was really great as was our lunch in the hotel restaurant. We felt very well looked after by everyone.

I had an amazing stay! The location is central, and the room was very comfortable. The staff really went out of their way to help us with everything, and i did a great jungle walk with their guide, which i recommend. Would definitely come back to stay again!
