Fantastic location right on the riverbanks. The guy who runs the restaurant is super nice. On my last day, I was the only one in the restaurant around 9 am. He said, "Come quick!" We went out a back door from the hotel and there was a rhino right there just a few meters away! He comes to town regularly to eat grass and other stuff because he doesn't get chased away by other rhinos who are territorial. All the staff was really nice. I had a big problem with my booking through Agoda, yet the manager was really calm and cool through the whole ordeal. I was on the phone with Agoda customer service for over an hour, and he was really nice about it, trying to find my reservation in the Agoda system over and over again. It turned out that the agent in China who sold the room made a mistake, so it was no fault of this hotel. The hotel manager called a tuk-tuk to rush me to my plane as all this time on the phone with Agoda made me nearly miss my plane. I can't say enough good things about the staff and location of this hotel. Oh, and the breakfast is really nice too. Lots of great service with a smile.

The breakfast was disappointing. More fresh fruit would have been great. The quality of the internet was shotty...sometimes it worked fine, other times not.

The staff were outstanding. Very helpful for organizing activites for us. The location, right by the river, is exceptionnal as the rhinos, come very close. The room was comfortable as well.

The location directly at the river was amazing, for a welcome we saw a rhino and a crocodile. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We also booked a safari tour there and they are very knowledgable. Would do this again.

Very good value for money. The resort has an amazing location in front of the river and at same time is just few minutes walking to the town of Sauraha, with all shops,restaurants and bars for going out evening time. The whole staff has been very welcoming and helpful, was taking care of me constantly during and also before my stay. They organised for me perfectly the free pickups to and from the Sauraha bus station and also my daily trips for good price, such jeep safari and walking tour, with tours guides very well prepared. Breakfast and restaurant service are also very good. The rooms are spacious and clean,with all conforts and a great river view.

It’s a nitpick, but the internet didn’t work in our room. This was a minor inconvenience at best - the hotel is amazing and we spent almost all our time outdoors anyway.

The location is absolutely amazing. Half an hour after we arrived we saw a rhino wandering along the river about 50 metres away. The staff were so friendly and helpful - not only pointing out and naming all the wildlife, but in arranging everything we needed to make the most of our stay.

Nice accommodation, directly at the river. All the staff very helpful and professional. The room, the terrace, view perfect. Only few minutes by walk to the Centre. We really enjoyed it.

Could be cleaner.

Right on the river. You can see animals across the water if you are lucky. Easy 10 minute walk into town both via the river walkway of the main street. Wifi worked well, included breakfast was yummy. They also picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off - a service I really appreciated. You can book tours from them.

Water was lukewarm at best under shower. I was served raw chicken in restaurant - imporant to mention staff acted very quickly and returned order without issue. Breakfast was included, unfortunatelly options were really limited and toasts were gummy.

Shower was difficult to handle to get warm warm water but we found a strategy not to waste that much water.

Resort in the middle of nature. It was so amazing and relaxing after experiencing the city of Kathmandu. Staff very friendly and supporting. Hotel organised all the trips into the wildlife and bus services. Free shuttle from the bus station. We would recommend it if you need a simple resort in the national park.

Whatever I am going to write is not really a con for this property, however travellers need to know for properly enjoying their time in Chitwan. In winter season the whole area is covered with dense fog which gets clear only around 10-11 am. So people planning for morning safari will not enjoy mostly however Evening safari specially on elephant ride should provide better animal viewing opportunity.

Location is right on river bank. On a good day travellers can see wild animals drinking water. Rooms were good. Breakfast was sumptuous (toast, omlet, sausage, pancake etc) Staff are helpful and they organize jungle safari

Hot water and TV were slightly hard to toggle but the staff helped out. The prices they quoted us for the activities were also more expensive than other vendors. The power plugs in the room were also in inconvenient locations

Super nice room, great view and garden by the river for watching wildlife, saw crocodiles and rhinos and loads of bird life from the garden! Staff were super friendly and helpful and good was good!
