Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. New ZealandLovely clean rooms with comfortable beds! The balconies are great. I will have stayed here three times by the time I leave nepal. The staff are really nice and there is a free luggage and valuables storage option if you go trekking or on a short trip elsewhere. Nice coffee and tea downstairs too. Great location near everything you need in thamel but still in a quieter street. Thank you so much and see you again soon!!

All staff were so friendly and helpful. They are very caring for their guests, and they looked after me very well, always making sure I was okay or asking if I need anything. It feels very personable, like a small family there, and they want to make you feel like home. They have a free-pick up service from the airport which is also very helpful, especially when you are tired from travel it makes things nice and easy and they give you a warm welcome to Nepal. Kind staff member called Naveen was great, he helped me with weighing my luggage when I was packing to go home, and he would always ask or offer help with anything. All the staff in general were just super friendly and welcoming. The location is good, its close by to many restaurants and shops but on a quiet corner so its not noisy.

I would definitely repeat! Hotel in the center of Thamel. It has everything. Comfortable, clean and hot water! The breakfast is great and the attention of the staff could not be better. They help you with everything you need! I was so comfortable that I came back after my trekking.

I had a lovely room. The next day I wanted to go to Pokhara. The hotel organised my trip to Pokhara ......... I was only there for two nights. They organised my trip back 2 days later. When I came back I asked for a room with a balcony .... thought they might charge me more—no same rate. There are excellent restaurants around and if you are a shopaholic it is the place to stay. Thamel, Karma Hotel is situated in this area. Could have chosen a better area. Thank you Karma Hotel staff. Lovely fresh coffee available all day. Love it

The rooms are clean and comfortable with good AC and the staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Yogesh who is always around and smiley! The roof top area is really nice to chill with a nice view of the mountains. Also great location in the middle of Thamel.

United Arab Emiratesthere is no elevator here, so you have to make your way up the stairs and a huge gate covers the entrance and closes at 11pm. The security guy has to let you in.
the staff are great at arranging services like taxi's and tours in the area. The hotel is close to the old town and new town markets and there are plenty of shops and resturants around the hotlel. \the hotel itself is a boutique hotel with 5 or so rooms per floor and there a an open seating area on each floor where you can chill out and the rooms have air conditioning
