Everything is good inside the hotel. Nothing to complain about. Although Thamel area can be a bit noisy at night ,but it is outside the hotel's control. You can request for a higher/quieter room.

The location is in the heart of Thamel. Easy to walk around. There are shops, grocery, restuarants, everything you need are nearby. They welcomed us and even upgraded us for free on their deluxe room with personal water heater on the bathroom. Which is amazing because of all the hotels we stayed in kathmandu, hot water in bathroom isn't that reliable. Well especially during the winter. Room is clean as well. Staffs are amazing and friendly. The bed is comfy. They are very hospitable and gave us extra blanket.

Poor wifi specially at the evening time. Carpets and bath mat inside the room are extremely dirty and Plesse don't walk on it with your bare feet. It will itching you. We were wearing our socks and shoes all the time in the room. No elevator. Not suitable for elderly people or disabled people. And don't bring alot of lauggues

Great location at the center of tamel. Staff members are helpful and recommended us good restaurants to dine. They planned our tour in the city and it was awesome. Hot water in the room for shower. It's a plus compared to other small hotels around Thamel.

There is nothing which goes against this hotel.

This is a very good hotel at very reasonable price in place like Kathmandu and that too just in the new year eve. The hotel is centrally placed , only few minutes of walking distance from many places of tourist attraction like Royale Palace and Swambhu . This hotel is very much dependable , hotel staffs are very cooperative. Rooms are reasonably specious and very clean. I would suggest any middle class family visiting Kathmandu, to try this hotel.

I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like... Had the issue with the door but was fixed quickly. Would recommend asking for a room on the upper floors as it had a nicer bathroom and a bit quieter.

Very attentive and kind staff, great location for Thamel and room was very nice. Was able to store luggage and also any valuables in a padlocked safe box while I went on a trek. On my first stay before the trek there were some WiFi issues going on so I stayed in a first floor room which had a better connection. This room wasn't as nice as the higher floor room I stayed on my second stay but was still perfectly ok. Bit more noisy at night. Did have an issue though when the door lock broke but the staff acted quickly to get someone there to fix it.

There is too many hotel in thamel and I think Finding the good one is a little bit hard But really I can suggest this one to you Very kindly staff Clean The location is really good (it's in north of thamel and it is too close to main streets)

Everything was great. No complaints at all.

The hotel location was excellent. It is in the city center so nearby shops, restaurants and bars were very accessible. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful in all respects. The morning breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed it on all the days of my stay here. They provided airport pickup which made my first time in Kathmandu very easy. Would highly recommend the places in all respects. Will definitely be back here for another enjoyable stay.

Our room was on the fifth floor, and without an elevator it can be a challenging climb. However, if you are in Nepal to do some trekking, it shouldn't matter to you, and you might even consider it to be a bonus.

The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. You get the feeling that they truly want to help. The advice you get in planning your activities seems to be based on what is best for you. The rooms are clean and comfortable with showers that have hot water. The rooms in the back are also very quiet. You should ask for a quiet room because the area can be very noisy and the rooms in the back are isolated from that.
