Honestly nothing was there to dislike. it was above expectations

They upgraded our stay with garden view and honestly only hotel to have Netflix and YouTube in their TV, no 5 star hotel in Nepal has that facility and also the staff was super friendly and helpful at any point of time. we had must enjoyment in the hotel than any stay we been in Katmandu

Nothing major. Price quoted for a day-trip to Nagarkot was quite a lot higher than other tour operators in the area so maybe ask around before booking anything.

Stayed at the beginning and end of our trip to Nepal. Overall very happy with both stays. - Located very close to main streets of Thamel with lots of restaurants, shops, tour operators etc. - Staff very friendly and helpful in giving suggestions, helping book taxis and any other request - Room is comfortable, good bed and pillows, lots of hot water and heater - Nice little garden outside to have a coffee/some food (restaurant reasonably priced)

The only thing about our room has no sun light, but we could change the room they said.

We like the hospitality, and rooms are clean enought for Nepal. 24 hours electric, hot water and internet. Nice garden.

The bus tickets that were booked for us by the hotel could have been better. We paid for super deluxe but the bus condition was not that good. The rest was absolutely amazing.

During the days we were there, there was a loud music (not very bad, just a bit loud) in the garden throughout the whole day and some part of the evening, which was not great as we had to work for a few hours in the afternoon, but we understand most of the people won't have to stay in their rooms when in Kathmandu!

Very nice stay! We ended up going to Kathmandu on an unplanned trip during Christmas and it was great! The people in Aagantuk were very nice and friendly! Everyone was very helpful all the time and keen to assist on a best stay as possible! We spoke a lot with a young boy called Kapil Khanal and learned a bit more about Nepal! Everything went great! The room was comfortable, Wi-Fi was good and shower worked very great! We extended 2 more nights in the end! Would go back for sure!

Maybe the hallway lighting and the room lighting can be a bit brighter .

It was very quiet . Staffs were pretty humble , I specially liked ‘Apsara’ from the reception she was very helpful throughout . Loved the mini bar on the rooftop it’s very cosy

Infrastructure is generally lacking in the region, but it was still a bit of a surprise to find the road(/alley) leading up the property in a state of severe disrepair. Hope to see access improve with time (I believe at this point they were operational for only half a year, opening delayed by COVID as were many things over the past years).

We had a short weekend stay but were very well looked after; although we booked for a single night with breakfast, our flight came in earlier than check in time and we were invited to have breakfast on the house while we waited for our room without question. All staff were extremely courteous and we felt they had all the time in the world to engage with us and meet any of our requests. My first time, but definitely not my last if we venture there again. Recommend to take advantage of the pick up/drop off from the airport (extra fee) - they are very responsive and it gave us additional peace of mind after being delayed in customs/visa application.
