Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IndiaEverything is fine except for the tired sockets :) The vertical positioning of the socket connectors and their frequent use has caused the clamping mechanism to loosen, making it somewhat difficult to charge the wall charger as it occasionally falls out of the socket. I brought this information to the attention of the staff and they promised to check their condition and fix the problem. In the meantime, I recommend that campers bring duct tape or an extension cord.
Great view from the windows of the authentic, multifaceted, mesmerizing old city considering the density of development in Kathmandu. Bright, clean room with thick curtains and windows in 2 sides and a mosquito net on them. Desk and chair, internet. Perfect

BelgiumThe staff was rude and told me lies about the water etc. There was no hot water although it was mentioned that there was on booking ! And there was 5 cockroaches in the bathroom that came into my room at night. I had to kill them myself. When I told them that they offered to change rooms but then tell me that this will not change anything about the presence of cockroaches. The staff were also looking at me in a sexual way which made me very uncomfortable as a woman who travels solo. Also the owner of the hotel tried to flirt with me and asked me for a drink and my socials,which made me very uncomfortable as well and was deeply unprofessional. I do not recommend. Very mediocre experience.

IndiaThere were serious water shortages, particularly cold water in the bathroom. Hot water was abundant, but useless in the heat of May. There was also no ceiling fan. I was only there for 5 days, so I didn't take the trouble of changing hotels. However, I bought a bucket and kept it full at all times, in case there is no cold water in the tap or the toilet flush. That bucket was one of the best investments of my life. In my bathroom, even the toilet hose (similar function as a bidet) stopped working after a couple of days. There was also no telephone in the rooms to contact the reception on the ground floor. Fortunately, my room was just a floor above the reception, so I could physically inform them of my problems without running up and down the stairs every time. Of course, there would be no lift for the occupants on the higher floors. I was surprised that a decent hotel in the middle of the city didn't possess such basic amenities.
The room I had (room 107) had floor carpet. So, it never got soggy when you came out of the bathroom, or if there was any liquid spill by accident. The carpet was also clean. The bathroom was also spacious. There was also a large cloth stand in which you could hang many clothes. Also, there was enough useful furniture. The management also provided me a dish-plate with spoons on my request, in case I bought food from outside. The location was quite convenient for food and transportation. I used the Indrive app regularly from the hotel for transport.
