I do not know how to switch on the Air-conditional in the room. There is no lift, but the staff help us to move our luggage to our room, this is plus point.

It was a nice stay. The room is spacious, comfortable and we like the stay there. Staffs is nice, willing to offer help when we seek for advice.

Good location and curtains on bed. Helpful staff and good vibes for a hostel that is social but not somewhere that will party late and keep you up at night. The free stuff pile of hiking gear was a great touch, too

One of the best hostel that I've seen during a travel of months and different countries. Is what is an hostel means and what was incredible is that is a huge building, with a lot of guests but the cleaning was close to perfection. Big up.

I loved staying at Kiwi so much, I stayed there for one month. The staff is super friendly and feels like family. Suman, the owner, is continually making approvements to the hostel, both the building, as providing everything for good vibes. Meeting other travelers and trekkers at breakfast or the rooftop bar is great. This is the place to be when visiting Pokhara.

best bathroom of the trip! charging plugs that worked 😮 amazing view, great facilities (lounge, rooftop bar, work/study area, library/book exchange) and awesome social aspect. free breakfast was lit and speedy in time for our early morning bus. staff were super friendly

Well... 2 of my roommates who checked out on 22nd I think. They were drunk and really high when they came to the dorm. They saw me and said hi and they knew I was awake (using my phone as usual) but then they were literally making out under my bed knowing I am awakeeeee. I mean it's okay to be drunk but not out of your senses. In general they seemed nice but that one night was horrible. 💀

I loved the experience. I enjoyed staying at a backpackers which I never thought myself doing cause I am not very social, I have social anxiety and problems speaking in public but, deciding the hard path and choosing a backpackers hostel over a hotel helped me so much. I've became a more confident person and listening all these amazing travellers share their stories was my favorite part. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The staff was the best rlly. Always ready to help and quick with what they do. The manager is so sweet, she let me keep my stuff after checkout for a day. I'll miss going to the rooftop bar and enjoying the sweet Lassi haha. I am coming back here when I start my trekking trips. Likely before March. Kiwi backpackers felt like home. A place I'll miss but will come back to !

The owner and the staff is amazing. They cancelled my reservation because of misunderstanding, but then they menaged to fix the problem and i got the room. Sometimes we do mistake's, but is normal. Most important is to find solutions.

some staff didn’t speak English very well which made communication a bit tricky at times.

we had a superior private room to treat ourselves after our trek - super comfy bed, lot of space, good bathroom and shower, and mountain views. the hostel has a super relaxed and social vibe (e.g. breakfast is served on two big tables where everyone sits together) so it’s easy to meet people. the roof top is great for relaxing in the hammocks or socializing in the evening. we liked the location too and hostel staff was very helpful with organizing trips, onward travel or laundry.

My room was really dark, some lights were not working properly. A hairdryer like in the dorm bathroom.would have been nice.

The privat room has everything you need after a week of trekking ! Big and comfy bed, warm shower, towels, it's quiet and and clean. The breakfast is different everyday. The staff is helpful and always friendly. It takes 10-15min to the Lakeside which might be too far for some people, I didn't mind. To the tourist bus stop it is only 15 min by foot.

I've stayed in a single room and the bed was just insanely comfortable. Rooms are clean and rooftop view is awesome. Everyone is really nice and most guests are Annapurna trackers, so one can socialize and exchange experiences.

on our second stay we stayed in a four bed bunk, room was dusty and very small, bathroom also not very clean

First we stayed in the double room which was very comfy and clean, breakfast is yummy and staff is extremly friendly and helpful

A few additional hammock would be amazing!

Place is really clean, staff is friendly and the atmosphere is excellent, super easy to meet other travellers at breakfast or around a beer on a rooftop (with incredible views on the Annapurna range).
