The property is situated right beside the lake, with exceptional views from the balcony. The balcony is a little small, but the view makes up for it. The operational manager Sanjog is one of the best managers we have encountered, who is just on his toes and does all that can be asked for. Arranged everything, even dropped us to the location.

After COVID’s pandemic we travel the Nepal 🇳🇵 for couple of days in Pokhara . We stayed at Hotel Lake Shore . The hotel was in good location nearby the Lake . The rooms are very clean and have the private balcony to see the Spectacular view of Mountains range . Breakfast was amazing you can get organic coffee too .We got really hot shower which was very amazing. Specially thanks to the Manager of the hotel Mr . Sanjog who was there for us to help and coordinate our plans and organize the adventure things in Pokhara . Mr. Manager Sanjog organize our PCR Test which was very very important for us to back to our country . Mr Manager is very kind helpful and treat the guest in very comfortable way with his precious smile . He had managed his staff also in a perfect way .Was pleasure and wonderful stay at Hotel Lake Shore . We will be back in future .

I had organized two trips for my family and friends on different timings for the month of February. They enjoyed the hospitality and the cooperations. I could really arrange stuffs from Kathmandu for both trips. and felt really comfortable and at peace. I would especially mention Mr. Sanjog, Operation Manager at Lakeshore, who was of biggest help and assist for me and my people when they were in Pokhara. I could contact him any times and he was there to help with stay, food and the itineraries planned for both the groups..

Nice room, very kind staff. The hotel has a rooftop terrace that offers a great view over the lake and the mountains. We stayed on the top floor, the staff offered us to serve the breakfast on the rooftop. Breakfast was good, great location also.

Everything about the property is warm and welcoming. Their food, their ambience and just how sweet each and everyone is at the hotel made me and my parents very happy. Breakfast and food was truly good. Sanjog, Operation Manager in Hotel Lake Shore took most care of us. He is extremely kind, well-behaved and helpful in every step. I came to this hotel for two days, then to go to other hotels. But I was amazed that the manager of this hotel named Sanjog came at the bus station at night and picked me up from there. Then he checked me up at night in a room with the best view of the mountains and lake. My booking included breakfast and in the morning I had breakfast on the top floor, looking at the most beautiful lake. The hotel is very clean, with a good repair, laundry and most importantly with very helpful staff. I especially want to thank Sanjog for helping me with everything. This person is very kind and responsible. I had such a good time that I stayed at this hotel for another week. Thank you very much, I'll be back!

The location was great at a great place with a good view nearyby. We had a 3 day stay at a hotel and Mr.Sanjog the operations manager went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy, he even arranged the tour guide Mr Sonam dai who was very amazing and put all his effort to make our visit memorable.Thanks all the team of Hotel Lake Shore will be staying there next time too.

Could have a wider selection for breakfast

The staff were super friendly and helpful. they made us feel so welcomed and cared for, especially the manager Sanjog, who ensured that all our needs were catered for. The driver picked us up from the airport and was very engaging and friendly as well. We stayed in a deluxe room and the balcony was a very nice addition. The bed was also super comfortable. We ended up extending our stay by 3 nights! Highly recommended.

Our stay in Lakeshore hotel was wonderful! First of all, operation manager Sanjog took a great care of us, organized transportation to and from airport, recommended the best places to see and organized a car tour for us which we enjoyed very much! The hotel is located right by the lake, steps away from all the cafés, restaurants and shopping (we really recommend Irish Pub and Busy Bee), we had a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, the shower was really nice and hot which is a big deal for us! Breakfast provided was delicious with really good coffe also. And all the staff at the hotel was very sweet and kind and welcoming! We liked our stay a lot and we would gladly come back again! Thank you Sanjog and the team for taking a great care of us!
