1st time had to change rooms - big hole above sink Once settled into new room realized it was poorly cleaned. Floor was always wet in bathroom. Did not complain because too much of a pain to change again. Staff needs more training

this might have been a fluke but the night we stayed there, there was a big party in the lobby restaurant and the next morning, the staff had not cleaned up and there were dirty dishes lying about. they also seemed to be hungover the next morning because breakfast took over 30 minutes to prepare even though we were the only guests in the breakfast area and the only thing they needed to cook was eggs

room was spacious and clean, good location close to restaurants and the lake. free luggage storage for the 12 days we where trekking

Multiple stains on the bedsheets and towels. Had to repeatedly ask for housekeeping to be done and more than once. The toilet seat wasn't attached properly and the bathroom drain was clogged so after showering there was always a pool of water. Was told the TV was broken for months and was to be repaired. Also was told the same about the eftpos machine, but they 'managed to get it working'. Breakfast was included but wasn't informed about times and when I did order, the milk tea was oily.. Overall room is big and the view is nice but other facilities are questionable. For the price paid, there are better options available.

such a nice family running this hotel which is a five minute walk to the lake and all the shops and eateries on the lakeside ! well run and nice views from room with balcony! good value !!!

Rooms are a little tired / basic and there was a power cut which meant no charging capabilities or hot water for a shower. However, we did stay on NYE which may have been the cause of the power cut.

The location is great, it is nearby lakeside but away from the noisy streets. The breakfast is great as well, very fullfilling, and the coffee is very good also. The staff are exceptionally accommodating and friendly. We stayed here for 6 days and it was fun. Two thumbs up for a great service and hospitality. We will surely visit again.
