Cons: • It can get noisy in the evening and at night due to a nearby club. • The bathroom door was unusual — only the bottom half was there, which felt strange. • The shower faucet was leaking and made a constant dripping noise, which was quite disruptive at night. • Only one power outlet was working, which made charging devices a bit inconvenient. If these minor issues don’t bother you, this place could be a great fit!

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and overall had a pleasant experience. It’s a great budget option, especially if you’re looking for a place with breakfast included. Pros: • The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. • Everything was very clean and well-maintained. • Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. • The beds were comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. • The location is excellent — close to everything you might need. • There’s a small desk and chair, which makes it easy to get some work done.

This was an excellent stay for an excellent price. When I arrived from the US, Deepak helped me get settled and was incredibly friendly. He also helpfully kept my suitcase safe while I traveled within the country for several nights. I wish I could have stayed longer when I picked it up - I'm sorry I was in a rush! His brother was also incredibly helpful in showing me where to catch my bus (I'm sorry, I didn't catch his name). I would be more than happy to come again.

So good we stayed twice. In a quiet area of Thamel. Perfect for staying in Kathmandu before & after your trek. Breakfast is simple but good. Rooms are older but clean and comfy. Have luggage storage. Owner is friendly and helpful. Great coffee shop & restaurant nearby.

Unstable WiFi

Truly enjoyed my stay here. I arrived with a very nasty cough and feeling rather unwell. Deepak and his wife made sure I was comfortable and well looked after. Very caring hosts. They also arranged my tours and transfers. While rooms are fairly basic, still good value for the price. Breakfast area is very relaxing and a nice place to hang out during the day too. Definitely my go to place if I return to Kathmandu.

Stayed there for five nights. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were shown great flexibility with our check-in time with late check-in. Good breakfast offered every morning and staff was very nice. Also offered guide and porter services for trekking with affordable pricing but we already had one.

Everything would be better if food , coffee, and tea were available for purchase at the hotel.

The location was very good but the important good part of my stay in this property was the hotel manager who is very friendly and guided me in every matter. The room was clean and the water for bathing was hot. The breakfast was relatively good.i had hot water for coffee and tea for free , I stayed for 5 nights and was very satisfied.

The breakfast was quite simple, but enough. The owner also runs a travel agency and I did feel like the prices were a bit high, for example I paid 1000 rupees for an airport transfer and I think that's more than you would usually pay. Regardless, a good stay.

Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, steady supply of hot water. There were comfortable couches outside where you could chill. The staff and especially the owner were very helpful. The location is central in thamel near many restaurants and shops, but it's not too loud at night

Everything ok!

We had a great time here. Anders hotel booked as a great guide Santos. He arranged everything. We had great tour langtang - gossainkund and tamang heritage trail. Because he spoke nepali and good English we had a good time at the trek. On hard parts he even helped us with carry our backpack. A real trekking family. Thanx Santos!!

Just one coat-stand is not enough, but better than nothing. In the winter time prefer a room in the direction to the sun.

Really friendly owner, comfortable garden where you can sit, a table with chairs are also on the roof, good breakfast, clean and comfortable blankets, quiet place, really hot water in the shower. The reviews od 10 stars take with a grain of salt, it is just a favour for the friendly owner.

Great location, accommodations, staff and breakfast. The bed was so comfortable and everything was very clean–you can even do laundry for a small cost. The owner was incredibly kind and can arrange transportation, tours, treks, and more for you. I was a female solo-traveler and had a safe and welcoming stay!
