Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaInternet was unstable at times. Note that there is no elevator; not a problem for me but it may be a problem for others.
No frills, clean, and good value. Hot water showers. 5 minutes walk from the airport and unlike other KTM airport hotels, there's no need to climb uphill or downhill to reach it. The receptionist let me check in earlier when there was a room available. I liked it so much that I stayed a second time.

Only spent a few hours in between arriving to the airport and heading for a trekk, but those hours were good. Staff was helpful, room alright and there was free water refills.

United StatesWe used Hotel Nandini as a location to store our suitcases and take a shower during a very long lay over between flights. This allowed us to drop our bags and have a final day in Katmandu before catching a 10pm flight out. The hotel is walking distance from the airport and met our needs 100%. However I would not stay there for a regular hotel stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Nepal Kathmandu near the airport and found it to be an excellent choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The service was friendly, the rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the overall experience was top-notch. The proximity to the airport was also a major plus, for intermidiate stay. If you are looking for a hotel in the area, I would highly recommend the Hotel Nandini.
