Very good value for money. Clean and comfy rooms. Good laundry service. Lovely and helpful family who run it. It's in a nice area outside of the business of the main town but is still a really short walk away. Simple but lovely, would recommend as a good budget option.

I have been living here since the 1st of Nov. It's my home in Nepal now. The hotel is perfectly located in a peaceful and quiet place, about 15 minutes away from Vegan Way, and the town center. Most of the tenants here are long-term so you can find your stability and a sense of security here. Price is very cheap and reasonable. Rooms are always clean and there's hot water if the weather's good otherwise there's a button to switch on for hot shower when there's not enough sun. There's also a kitchen that you can use at the rooftop. The owner's family are very helpful and nice. I have so much privacy here. They never bother me for anything. I can't ask for a better place to stay. It will always be my home in Nepal. I'll rate it 10 out of 10 so highly recommended!

The homestay owner and his family are very polite and humble. The property is located in the cradle of nature. For city dwellers, this property is worth every single penny you pay. The peaceful environment and the cleanliness they maintain in their rooms is worth mentioning. Room is enough spacious for two people. The washroom is very clean with all the basic necessary facilities. Wifi is free. So, even if your sim card isn't working properly, you will be able to stay connected to the internet. The bed is comfy. For food, you can visit the restaurant just a few walks away. Quality of food is also nice. You can get some nice views too. Pics attached. The property is a little distant from the main markets. Well, that's the reason you get the peaceful environment to experience.

It rained for a few days straight and we didn't have hot water

It was great. I came to check in early around 8am, they made breakfast and prepared the room while I ate. It was very comfortable room with two beds and a balcony that I could see the Peace Pagoda and the Shiva statue from. It has a great small restaurant in the front a small bar down the street from that, but besides that, is very local and relatively quiet (there are some farm animals around, but no loud music). However it is a 5 minute walk to riverside and the more touristic areas. There you can rent a boat and explore the lake and different areas of the shore. You are also walking distance to the cable car from here. Unfortunately, I had stomach flu when I first came to town (not because of this place), so I spent most of my time recovering, but it was a very comfortable place.

Family run hotel, Sagar and his parents will look after you, and make sure you have a good stay, clean room and shower. They can organize tours too, I did one to Ghandruk with them, good experience. I do recommend this place!

The walk to the property is a bit scary, as there are no street lights towards the place, Bathroom water takes time to drain No hot water facility inside the room
