Very dirty (stains everywhere), carpets dirty, bathroom dirty, bed sheets thin and too old, towels old, stained and made with a fabric that didn’t dry. They don’t offer breakfast, nor kitchen.

The owners received us with a smile and were generous.

Rooms were not clean, carpet floor was dirty, lots of dust everywhere, towels of bad quality that didn’t dry, bed sheets too thin seemed not clean.

Owners were nice, walkable distance from lake and market.

room was not really clean. Bed sheets were smelly and the flow carpet had big stains all over. Didn't feel comfortable walking without shoes

Staff was really nice and supportive. Option to leave backpack there for a short while when trekking.

That room was not clean at all. The bathroom was hard to use, given the bad conditions. For instance, the toilet paper was in front of the window, the dirtiest place of the bathroom. We didn't even dare to use that.

I booked this property on my visit with my family to Pokhara from 19-3-24 to 21-3-24. My choice was based on previous ratings which I later realised are totally fake and manipulated I wish to go for unbiased evaluation of my stay here 1) It is neither hotel nor even a guest house. It is an old home tried to convert into a stay home 2) The owner and his wife manages here everything 3) The owner is very abusive in language and her wife is equally filthy language user. 4) They don't have proper system of receiving guests, don't maintain records of occupants 5) on arrival don't expect to get any help in carrying your luggage to upper floors even if you are senior citizen because they don't employ any person or room boy 6) Dirty linen and shabby rooms filled of foul smell : reason no sweeper employed to clean the rooms or washrooms ;landlord lady does the job beside handlings her own family at ground floor .so she always seems irritating ond overworked. The rooms remain dirty filthy and unhygienic specially for family, the leftover remain lying there in rooms after the guests have left the rooms There is an acute shortage of water in the stay . The owner will supply the water only when you fight with him otherwise will supply 1/2 bucket water for washings etc. 7) Forget about the hot water in your bathrooms , comes only when sun shines whole day and solar panel works and water is available 8) Rooms are congested poorly lit and with not even a single chair to sit 9)No ventilation in bathrooms so whole room stink Most of the rooms don have a window so it feels you are living in a well. 10) They sell ordinary water for making tea etc @ rs10 per litre on the pretex that we buy water No minimum facilities in the room not even a jug for water Don't take breakfast from there because his wife will give 2 paranthas @ rs 160/- with one spoon of curd !

The rooms are really cute, the beds - however - are pretty noisy. Also, there is only one bathroom (toilet and shower in one) per floor which might result in some waiting times.

Really nice hostel with friendly and helpful people. Good location.

The stay was a disaster. The unfriendly and incapable staff, non stop noise / construction, barking dogs and rustler and more.... Every time I walked in a got interrogated. No hot water. Dirty.... After i payed and checked out they cancelled the reservation. Surly mentally disabled.

No reception, no restaurant, no nearby transport so need to walk a little to get transport.

Almost everything. All time hot water, drinking water NPR 10/lit. Big room with comfy bed, attached bathroom. Good WiFi.

The Payment has to be made in cash, no online or card swipe option was accepted The property photos need to be included in the website Had to take a cold shover for bathing - supply of hot water is always welcome

The staff was friendly. There is a lot of scope for improvement. The location is ok. But no view as promised could be seen. The breakfast and stay experience can be improved by a few small measures:- (a) responding over WhatApp messaging app (b) facilitating towel, a small soap, slippers.....etc
