The staff are extremely helpful and hospitable. The location is great as it is in a quiet road just a few blocks from the main road. The view is astounding. And the wifi is fast!

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and a really nice view. I think this is very nice choice for staying in Pokhara. The food is also very good.

Hotel Orchid is very well placed in the Lakeside district of Pokhara with walking access to Lake Phewa, many restaurants and Bars around in close vicinity. We were a group of 12 sr. citizens, all 55+ aged with few pure vegetarians. Hotel owner Mr. Ramesh Aryal, made us very comfortable and provided good breakfast veg & non-veg, as well as dinner when we needed, made arrangements to shift luggage from coach to rooms and vice versa. Mr. Ramesh and the staff were very courteous, supportive and open hearted. He even accommodated us for an extra night at same per night night rate at which we had booked our stay. We were well received, provided space for coach parking. Rooms were very good, well maintained, everything & air-conditioning working very nicely, running hot water and ........ the hotel had an elevator!!! (which is rare in Nepal hotels). Gave us tips for sightseeing.. He was personally present at 5 am when we departed and gave us a packed breakfast to eat on the way.. It was a surprise and a great gesture from him. We had a wonderful stay of 3 nights in Hotel Orchid.

Extremely pleasant stay in Pokhara! Very welcoming staff that will take care of you and help you with all our needs. Hotel in an excellent location, close to the lakeside and to many shops / restaurants, but set back just enough to be really quiet and calm. Very big room with beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and a big balcony from where you can enjoy these views. The room was clean with hot shower and access to very good food and a very good breakfast. We will be back again soon!

The hotel manager Vijay was exceptional. We had a most pleasant stay, and we loved the care, flexibility and help we received. Should we find ourselves in Pokhara again, we will definitely stay in Hotel Orchid!

Hotel cafeteria could have been more better.

All the Staffs are very friendly. Room is also clean and well maintained. Fewa Lake is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Very convenient place for visitors.

The cook was an excellent one with his preparation of nepali thali and others, but I didn't like the aloo parata only....ha ha ha.

The hospitality was awesome. Didn't feel like a hotel but more like a home with homely atmosphere all around..My positive words will be unending, and hence in one word it is simply superb!

Orchid Hotel is a nice place where you can rest before or after your trekking in Annapurnas. Centrally located but in a quite street, I felt very comfortable with my room and with her friendly staff that helped me very much organising my trip in Nepal. Very nice relation quality/prize.
