The staff were great and the room was clean, there’s a bar and restaurant in the hotel and is in a really good location.

Sri LankaHuge noise from its own restaurant disturbed our sleep. Guests were talking loudly even at 10 pm. Maybe bcs it's a Sunday. However, our room was not sound proof.
Very close to the centre. Good value for money. Breakfast was okay. Speed wifi. Hot water working. Clean place. Friendly staff and arranged a taxi to the airport when requested.

MexicoThe Credit card terminal wasn't working when I checked out, so I had to go to the ATM to get cash. I got the amount they told me, but it was less, so I came back home with a lot of Nepalese Rupees that cannot use.

Brilliant location in Thamel, hotel was clean and staff were excellent. Has a small bar which is open for food/ drinks! Only issue we had was no hot water on first few days but possibly was our misunderstanding of the taps- we had hot water on the last day and the shower was good!

ThailandI just visited Hotel Pala for the second time. The staff at this hotel ( Mr. Krishna Duesdi ) were excellent, incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. I loved the convenient location close to the city and I would love to visit again. Thanks a lot :-)

SpainAmazing hotel in Kathmandu. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean bathroom, good hot shower and amazing breakfast. The location is also superb in Thamel. All the staff are super nice and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Super good value for money!! We will go back whenever we come back to kathmandu.
