Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWe were placed in a different hotel than the one we booked, the Shivashankar Hotel. The staff told us this was "the better option", but our room was not very clean or well put together: insects upon arrival, the door lock wasn't working properly (took us 5 mins to get in and out every time), the plug hole was not close to the shower so the bathroom was always wet, breakfast area was one table with two moldy chairs etc.
The hotel manager initiated contact via whatsapp and was fast to respond to requests. We were picked up from the airport at an additional, but reasonable fee of 600 Rs. The hotel served very good Nepali breakfast, especially the milk tea was exceptional. The receptionist were able to answer our question to our liking and helped to figure out taxi fees etc.

United KingdomThe rooms are old and not very clean. The toilet cover was lying on the floor. The beds and bedsheets are very old and dusty.
This place seems cheap, and that's exactly what you will get. Everything is falling apart but still working somehow. The only good thing about this place is the location. If you are going to visit Pashupati Nath temple, it's very near.
