Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The reception at the main building was outstanding. Every request was attended to immediately and the attitude of the staff was fantastic. In particular we would like to mention a special person, Ganga Maya Tamang, who went to great lengths to take care of us and assisted us in many ways, Thank you Ganga.

I was met at the reception, by a wonderful lady named Ganga, whom helped me throughout my stay. I cannot thank her enough. She recommended some sights and assisted with travel arrangements back to the airport. The breakfast was 5 star worthy and had ample choices. Food was freshly prepared and staff were on hand to cater to any additional requirements.
