A dog barked every night below my window, couldn't sleep Bathroom would need to be freshen up

Hooks not provided for hanging cloths in room or bath rooms/toilet which are the main items for guests, Wherever provided, they are grossly insufficient. There is no door segregating the wash rooms from living Dormitories where by wash room sounds are heard in Dormitories unpleasantly. Bins provided in toilet is small due to which its found over flowing every day by evening & people are forced to dump them in kamode. No soap holders are available in bath rooms. These are small investments to be done by the owner,

Location is good. Roof top dining ambience is good. Beds were clean. Food in kitchen fairly ok.

No soap dish in the bathroom. The room was too dark during the day. May be wall are cloloured with light shades

Comfortable position in Thamel, close to Durbare square. Really cheap accomodotaion, ideal for few night on a budget.

Room was below expectation and food at the property is a strange experience.

Bathroom was small and could be better. The hotel is locked at night and you can't leave unless the staff open the lock... I found it a bit dangerous if there's a fire.

Location is great. Staff is very nice and helpfull. Room was very nice with confortable beds. Quite area and nice share space on the rooftop. Don't have food facilities, but recommended the Kwabahal Boutique hostel, which is a great place to have food in the middle of Thames.

Vacuuming outside the dorm door at 6:30am. A member of staff questioning my coming and going in an unfriendly approach. No security lockers.

Great rooftop lounge area. Nice staff at counter. Very cheap in a great location.

The 10 people mixed room was like camping wild.. Even the widow was not conveying anything I got bad sleep for bugs disturbing from all body.. And hot water was not stable. Sometimes cold, sometimes extremely hot.. And 11pm I came back.. the gate was going to be closed.. we should be informed about it

You get what you pay for. It’s very cheap so expect that. It is time the owner starts doing some renovations as the place is starting to fall apart. I gave this same feedback to the manager.

My favourite thing above all was the staff. The make you feel at home, absolutely everyone was very kind, polite and helpful.

Staffs were behaving too much professionally, as people come for leisure they should behave more friendly. The place needs renovation. Old things need to be replaced with new and fresh ones.

Everything was good, location wise it's one of the best one to opt for.

The bathroom flooded the room everytime you showered. Had to ask for towels to soak up the water next to the bed. They did offer to change our room but the other room available smelt of smoke. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

I was viciously attacked on the rooftop which left me with life changing injuries i have no feeling on the left hand side if my lip i was minding my own buisness my medical fee was paid to keep it quite from police so i dont complain the staff had no CCTV to catch what had happened to me which was completely unprovoked i was also overcharged the fee for the airport i would recommend u doing the local taxi as they charge double they lock the gates after 12am so if u want to go out after that or come back u got to wake somebody up one of the staff was very rude telling me i must have done something to be hit there was another guy there called Chiran he was lovely a day before i was attacked someones money was stolen again wasnt caught on CCTV i now struggle with nightmares because of all of this i would say its a good hostel but not safe well it wasnt for me & the beds are very very hard sheets dont get changed regularly & the toilets dont flush properly often very dirty & not usable best by far is the balcony still i have a good rating based on kindness from many if not most of the staff members there.

Location was great and the rooftop had an amazing view its at a good reasonable price.
