Quality of food needs to be worked upon. But again that's all over Nepal..the quality of food is very average. So considering whats available i would give 6/10

Lack of hot water.

Even though it is located in the heart of buzzing Thamel, it’s location in the side street makes it a quiet place. The management is very friendly, concerned but not intrusive. The free airport pickup service is very useful, especially if you have not been to Kathmandu before. The e-Mail Communications with the management are clear and re-assuring.

great place to start your trip to Nepal! if you are going hiking this is a great base in Kathmandu slightly set back from the busy streets of Thamel. there’s always fresh bottles of mineral water and toiletries in the room and it was great value for money! 👍🏻 Also the free airport taxi service is fantastic and the staff are very useful and friendly. Great way to begin and end a trip

Location is superb. Just in the middle main area THAMEL. Everything is easily available nearby in walking distance. Hotel is in quiet area at the same time. I did not have breakfast in the hotel. Mr.keshav is very helpful and quite efficient..he welcomed very well and made my stay very well.

Internet is very slow and not stable. Bathroom is bit compact.

During our second stay from July 16 to 18 i did not like to go up the stairs.. Going up and down was painful . We both were too exhausted after 8 hours trekking at the Australian Camp at Pokhara . Our legs and knees aching too much... I will not recommend to those who have back pain or knee problems..

There are few stairs, to the reception We have no problem with it,but we can't bring older people with us like my mom in law, grandparents ..it is not possible for them to go up several times. Television is small according to the room.yet it was good with entertainment channels.

It’s a good hotel at a reasonable rent located in the most happening place Thamel, Kathmandu... It is near Darbar Square and all kinds of shops, cafes shopping centers are in walking distance. It’s was fun to stay out at night when your hotel is nearby.. Rooms are spacious, Ac was good, overall the hotel is very clean, Toilet is clean ok..But the towels they provided looked overused, due to washing and all. Theres are beautiful garden we can see from our room...The environment was quiet and peaceful We enjoyed complimentary breakfast and Their restaurant is good.Food is delicious That was why I booked twice. One from my country and another one from Pokhara. As soon as I booked From Booking.com. A representative Mr. Keshabh Contact me.he was very helpful.picked me from the airport. If I go to Kathmandu. i will.stay there again. We enjoyed our stay. I ll book again

Toilets and bathroom needs basic touch up as seems little old, but they are still clean no doubt.

Location, very close to shopping centres, street shopping, restaurant and pubs, sat night this street will be buzzing with people partying till late night. Good continental and Indian buffet breakfast.
