Staying at Sarangkot Mountain Lodge was like being in a home away from home. The entire team, from the front desk to the management, was incredibly attentive and made our stay hassle-free and beautiful. The birthday celebration they arranged was heartfelt, complete with local music and excellent decorations. Though the rooms are a bit small, the service and location are so exceptional that you’ll hardly notice.

The staff gave us the warmest welcome on our arrival. They were all so kind, considerate, and respectful. They made our 3 nights comfortable and very memorable. The food was exceptional, and they had a wide variety of meals to serve. I would definitely come back again but in better weather conditions. This place is a must stay if you're visiting Pokhara!

It would be nice if the cable car ran a little later in the evening, but this is nothing to do with the hotel.

The staff were beyond helpful and polite and did everything within their power to make the stay as comfortable and as magical as possible. It was my partners birthday during the stay and the staff made it one of the most lovely evenings we have ever had. The rooms are incredible, and any questions or queries were dealt with swiftly. There was nothing missing from our stay. Once in a lifetime brilliant.

There was a great selection of different food for breakfast each day. The hot food variety changed each day so it keeps things interesting. The room service and restaurant menu for all day dining has a variety of cuisines on offer and the pricing is reasonable. All the staff at the hotel are very friendly and they all speak great English and ready to help anytime. The view from every room is amazing. You see the Annapurna ranges from your balcony.

Hard to get to and from the hotel if you want to explore the city centre but there is a cable car that goes up and down for $12 USD that we took a few times. You just need to walk 10ish minutes to get there!

Everything was amazing. The food was some of the best we have had in Nepal!! The buffet breakfast was amazing and the restaurant had delicious food Rooms were very clean and comfortable and every night we were given a warm water bottle which was the best. All the staff were so lovely and very helpful. The views were amazing even when it was cloudy.

Very nice and cosy eco-style hotel with breath-taking panoramic views of the Himalayas (Annapurna Range). Relatively easy access by a car to the spot without going too far and high into the mountains. Very hospitable, caring and friendly staff. Delicious food for every taste. Comfortable trekking nearby is at your full disposal.

One suggestion would be to add some seating arrangements at the front of the property so guests can better enjoy the breathtaking mountain views.

The view from the property is truly stunning, and we were fortunate to have clear weather at the end of December to fully enjoy the beauty of the Annapurna mountain range. To celebrate our 12th anniversary, my husband and I chose this property, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The staff were warm, humble, and genuinely kind. They made our day even more memorable by decorating our room and arranging a beautiful candlelight setup. They surprised us with a cake and even sang for us, which added a personal touch to the celebration. Cutting the cake surrounded by the team felt like a heartfelt experience—almost like being at home, away from home. The manager, Mr. Kamal, was nice and shared fascinating insights about Fishtail, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast spread and overall food quality were excellent.

The location of this hotel is exceptional. In fact, our whole stay was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully appointed. The view from our room was amazing. The absolute best part of our stay was having breakfast on the patio - the views are unbelievable. The food is amazing. The room is amazing. Honestly - the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
