The only two things I would improve is to heat the pool and to fix the terrible road condition richtig in front of their door.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is as luxurious as it can get in Nepal. Such a beautiful atmosphere, extremely friendly staff and great food, rooms and rooftop pool. There was a welcome show provided to us that made us feel as if we were queens;)

Staff is super welcoming and helpful. The view of the mountains is absolutely beautiful. Food is good quality, but a little more selection towards international choice would be great (I found the dinner menu limiting). However, I would not let this factor deter anyone from booking here.

The lodge is a wonderful place to be.. warm welcoming with a professional staf... the view to Anapurna is really nice feom the pool on top. I definitely want to come back.

People make or break organisations! Kamal, Sudip and Kalpana exemplify the art of true hospitality. From the extremely warm and musical welcome by about a dozen staff members to always being greeted with smiles, ever ready to quickly and efficiently fulfill any and all needs, everyone at SML made our stay a thoroughly enjoyable and truly memorable one. The views of the entire mountain range from every balcony and the breakfast space are absolutely magical!

Nothing - it was all perfect:)

We had an amazing stay at Sarangkot Mountain Lodge. We booked this hotel to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, just after completing the 2 week Annapurna circuit trek. It was the perfect place to relax and recover after the trek, with excellent facilities, food and views. I told the staff it was my girlfriend's birthday and they went truly above and beyond to make it a memorable day. They decorated our room so beautifully with birthday decorations, set up a special candlelit dinner spot for us and even made a cake and sang happy birthday. It was more than we ever could have expected or hoped for. Thank you so much again to Kamal and the whole team for making it the perfect stay!!

Beautifully appointed property - superior design with exceptional comfort. The rooftop infinity pool has magnificent views of Annapurna - the room is spacious with great mood lighting. All the staff from housekeeping, hospitality, reception and spa are attentive kind and go out of their way to please clients. There is a great trek from the hotel which showcases the hills of Sarangkot led by in house guide Deepa. Nothing to fault with this hotel

The access roads were nerve wracking. Beds were.on the hard side, no fridge in the room, hard & small towels.

If we were to mention something, it would be this: the yoga instructor was very kind, and the session was okay, but we also noticed tea and a table with props. These were not used, but they could enhance the overall experience. A more open space or one facing the mountains would add greater value to the view.

The hotel is truly fantastic. You are warmly welcomed by the staff. From the moment of arrival, it's a delightful experience. The room was beautiful and clean. They explain the possible activities without being pushy. The food is very tasty. The pool is very clean, and the view is truly magnificent. There is also a beautiful bar.

The way up to Sarangkot from Pokhara takes a bit but it’s worth it for the views

The team of Sarangkot Mountain Lodge was really friendly and responded fast to my questions for example regarding spa bookings. They welcomed us with a small show of Nepalese music, we even got two Nepalese scarfs and really nice tea. The dinner was good and staff was friendly. In the afternoon we had now view of the mountains but the sunrise in the morning from the room as well as the terrace was purely magical.

How we were welcomed: Sarangkot Mountain Lodge is as beautiful as the view it offers. We have been welcomed by the hotel staff and their manager with a traditional song, leading to sipping a saffron tea while checking in. How about the rooms: You don't need to worry about getting a view of the mountain ranges, for all rooms have it! And we are so grateful to have been upgraded 🥰. Just like the mountains, you'll never know when they will open up, but keep hoping. How about the staff: Nepal is well known for great hospitality, but they've delivered more than expected! I can't recall all your names, but they are all amazing! They made sure that we got all that we needed to make our experience extraordinary. Shoutout! Shoutout to Mr Kamal, the manager and his team! People are what makes the hotel great! Thank you so much, Sarangkot Mountain Lodge!I will definitely come back. God bless you, everyone.

Whilst breakfast was great the restaurant menu wasn’t that interesting.

It’s a beautiful location with the unique experience of waking up to the glorious Annapurna mountain range. It’s located closely to the cable car so it is fairly easy to get to Pokhara lakeside but definitely also worth it to just stay at the hotel for a relaxing time.

Breakfast could be a little disappointing. It tasted ok but I do expect a little more varieties for this kind of price. Shuttle from airport and bus station cost 40 USD. That's a little unreasonable for me.

Probably one of the best viewed hotel in Pokhara. you can view the whole Annapurna range in your room. Staffs were very friendly, even gave us a Nepali style welcoming ceremony. The ala carte dinner was very nice. The room was exceptionally good, comfortable with everything you need. They even provide complimentary fruits and wine. Spectacular. Good location, walking distance from Annapurna cable car. The famous zip line station is in the hotel range as well.

The day we arrived we wanted to get a massage but the therapist was fully booked. We were also hoping to get a couple's massage but they only had one therapist, so unfortunately that wasn't possible. Oh, and the robes are not great, really small.

We loved every bit of our stay in Sarangkot. After over a week of trekking all we needed was a place to rest and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the hot shower felt like a blessing. The food was of fantastic quality! The views were stunning, we got up early every day to see the sunrise from our room.

One thing and it is not from the hotel but they need to deal with it, which is the construction behind the hotel, so the cars can't go up to the hotel unless it is 4x4

Rooftop pool is not heated, something can be improved on though it's understandable due to the high cost associated with water and electricity in hilly areas.
