Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The place is clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced. The staff were all very friendly especially the restaurant staff who went out of their way to accommodate anything I wanted. The girls and night shift receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. The most surprising thing for me was how good it was and yet the price was very reasonable. MalaysiaOne of the nights, i was awaken because somebody was trying to enter my room. I was very scared. That person kept on pulling the door knob. I told the staff the next morning and thank god after that, no one did that. I think something is wrong with the phone because I couldn’t hear when it call the reception
