Nothing as such Little more cleaning is required It looks a little dark They should paint it in light colours to look it brighter.

The location was excellent And the staff was just amazing. Tea was the best And just 200m away from Pashupatinath Mandir.

The real food options were almost none compared to the ones shown in the menu. Also, despite there are signs that indicate that you can pay with card, it is not possible to do it. We almost lose the flight because I had to walk 30 minutes to find an ATM and pay the withdrawal fee. They close the hotel early at night and we didn’t know.

The owner of the hotel prajwol is a GEM. he was so supportive from the time my tickets were booked till dropping me till the airport. Never seen a hotelier who can think so much for a customer. He has helped us with nepali currency , Sightseeing and complimentary airport shuttle. He was not well still he came to meet me as he wants to create a good relationship between his customers. I really liked the overall gesture from all the staff , its just that the rooms are small , otherwise food is best and cheap and behaviour is to the next level.

The staff were good but they were not so careful. The rooms are not good and are not as advertised. Some facilities are ok, but most things need to be hugely improved. Small rooms, not great toilet facilities.

The location of the place is good. The staff who run the hotel are nice, and helpful. The manager is a good person who likes hosting people and would give you some local trivia about the area and local tourist spots. Overall a nice experience but the stay was not the best.

The hotel owner and staff members are very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very close and two minutes walk to Pashupatinath Mandir. It's a perfect location if one is visiting the mandir and all the nearby areas of the city is easily accessible. I like their hospitality and really enjoyed my stay during my four days trip to Kathmandu..I would definitely recommend to all.

Transport is tooooo pricey.

Breakfast good, paid. Location very good. Owner and staff very well behaved and friendly. Went on pilgrimage- not providing that option is very bad on your part. ‘Romantic place’ (yes/no) option is also too bad. It’s a nice family place. Add more options.

Nothing , everything was good , just a minor thing which was a cash payment issue and they solved it now . Otherwise everything was good, well behaved staff and they are very helpful.

Location - superb location, value for money, rooms are good if we talk about median budget. Near to Pashupatinath mandir like on a 2 minutes walking distance. And the manager Mr Shrestha very helpful and nice we were reached late and called him in night 12 o'clock and he helped us to find the hotel location and it was not his duty hours. Small efforts make things great . I would like to recommend you to book this place.

Toiletry items like soap, shampoo, etc were not provided. Rooms are a bit small in size. Also lights in the room and bathroom were not proper.

The location of the hotel is very good, just 2 mins walk from Pashupatinath Temple. Beds were good and comfortable. Hot water for bathing was also available.

Room size, no chairs in the room to sit, If all rooms are occupied, water heating (solar?) system cannot meet the requirements.
