I slept here for two nights (in different rooms) and always found bugs and spiders in my bed. The bedsheets were clean but I lifted my mattress and found a lot of more bugs.

Its a fairly new hotel situated at the amaraingh square, about 3kms from the airport. I found most of the advertised features with bbq on 8th floor, rooftop bar etc, either under construction or unmanned. Finding it could be difficult too as Google maps takes you to a side road whereas the hotel entrance is located on the main road itself. I think that's because the main building is bit far away, about 100m walk from the entrance through restaurants and meeting/ function halls on sides.

The staff are really friendly, they allowed be early check in as i had to rush for the city tour bus. The hotel is neat and clean, rooms and beds are comfy and cosy. I was provided a room on the higher floor with balconies on 2 sides. So i had fantastic views of the mountains and city. The included breakfast was decent. They served a mix of fruits, cold and hot food along with juice, tea coffee etc. I really liked when i could not find milk sachets for my in room tea coffee making facility, so the staff immediately brought me fresh milk in a glass!

The Location... It’s far away from all happening places of Pokhara, lakeside, cafes, shopping malls, clubs.. It’s on the highway It took 400 to 500 nrs by taxi every time we go the lakeside. Public transport is cheap but horrible.Nothing to do in the evening unless you go to the lakeside. We did not feel safe to stay outside for a long time as it was far away..

I liked the rooftoop mostly. The restaurant, 360 view of Pokhara city was amazing.It’s so beautiful around.. Maybe you can see Himalayas when the sky is clear. It's peaceful It's very clean ,I had two balcony,that was great..rooms are beautifully decorated.. Bathroom has all modern fittings. It's so colourful..reception is helpful. Especially Saarvika, I ll remember her, so lovely n helpful.. Everything is perfect.

Rooms are spacious with all amenities as described and awesome views of the mountains. Everyone in the hotel staff are really polite & helpful. They even provided us with a complimentary Birthday Cake since we had a birthday girl in our group. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. Thankyou Task International.

Breakfast was excellent as was other food. Staff were extremely helpful during a difficult time for us - we were there to help my son who had an accident and was in hospital. The manager and his staff were very kind we were sorry that we didn't see more of the country.

Many insects on bathroom ceiling, some even flying around. Bad smell in the bathroom all the time. Dusty bedside cabinet, gentle wipe already caused paper to turn greyish, and so I don't even dare to touch any other furnitures.

The rooms are really loud, it feels like you sleep in the middle of the highway which is next to the hotel and there was no warm water. Additionally the room was not too clean and the staff seemed a bit lost at times.

The manager and all staff are very kind, helpfull and caring for us. They arranged all our daily tours, gave nice advices and arranged our all transportations. We enjoyed the time at the hotel and in Porkhara. Thank you very much for everything. They even assisted us to bus stop for Chitwan. Thank you for your all kindness to make our visit joyful🙏🏻

Nothing..Everything was amazing, wished I stayed longer

The views, the comfort, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The service was great and timely, and meals amazing. They got me someone to take me around the city for site seeing. The airport pick up and drop off was efficient, and free!
