Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IndonesiaA perfect hotel for trekking groups! You can store your luggage here while you go trekking, and the rooms are very good and clean, providing a great place to rest after a long trek. The hospitality is amazing, and all the staff are very helpful. They also have a large parking lot if you are bringing a group.

BangladeshThe hotel is new with fantastic service. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. I checked out at 0630 hours still they packed me full breakfast for my journey. Even they serve food at room at no cost. It also has lifts which usual nepal hotels doesn’t have. Overall my stay and experience was very good. Room is very decent and clean with all amenities as expected.

NepalBooked the Junior suite, but was allocated a deluxe room without any explanation!! I know the difference between rooms because I have stayed at this property prior. Breakfast was okay although it took them 30 minutes to prepare and serve.
Location, strong shower pressure, rooms and linen are clean but now beginning to show age.

United KingdomI really enjoyed my stay here. Firsty, the staff service was exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests are ok. Everyday they asked if i wanted the room cleaned, if I needed any items restocked in the room. I also arrived at 5.30am on the nightbus from KTM. I am not sure what time check in was but they prepared the room and let me check in. The room is very spacious, the bed was really comfortable, with tea/ coffe maker, desk, hot shower. The location is also perfect for lakeside and the view from the balcony is great.

The hotel was centrally located and 5min walk to Phewa lake and all the shops and restaurants.The staff were very friendly and helpful and always catered to our needs.The breakfast spread was really good and the rooms and bathroom were clean and had a balcony with a view.

United StatesThe cleaning staff missed a lot of things. You can tell the rugs on the floors don't get cleaned. There was a lounge chair out on the deck near my room--it was great to be able to use the deck chair but was clear that was never cleaned either. Many things in the room were SUPER dusty, clearly never being cleaned. And what's funny is the cleaning staff would through out the hand soap every day and provide a new one...but the towels and sheets were always worn down, some with holes, and stains. The priorities with the cleanliness just seemed strange. The floors do not have great insulation, so on my third to last night the family above my room was running around and playing until 11:30pm at night. Thankfully the staff asked them to observe some quiet hours, just know that, if you're a light sleeper, you can hear the people above you.
Location was great, close to the main street in Pokhara. The bed was firm, spacious, and comfortable. The front desk staff was very kind. Breakfast had plenty of nice choices! This a walk-up hotel so just be aware of that if you are on the higher floors. The view is ok! I slept pretty soundly except when there was a family that moved in the floor above me.

Excellent value for money, best hotel so far in Nepal. I really like that they spread the guests around the hotel to give some privacy (they don’t put everyone on one floor together).
