Good bed, big room with 2 beds, lovely garden, friendly staff. Bathroom outdated, no showergel (just handsoap) only fan in the room that only went on high speed.

The owner of the hotel Dilip was super warm and friendly. He treated you not just a guest but a family. I would stay a 5 star welcome from him and his staff. The gesture of giving you a welcome drink which you normally expect only in a 5 star hotel ,is another level. He even let me borrow his bicycle to roam around the area and I loved it. I can see his love and passion that he even recommend you the best to utilize your short stay.

Property was very clean and well looked after. Had a homely feeling. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate us even with our friend who was sick helping to organise transportation and provide breakfast outside of serving hours. Was very lovely

Bed was a little uncomfortable.

Nice guesthouse, 10 mins walk outside town. I had a triple room with fan and mosquito net. Breakfast was surprisingly good too. Bathroom had hot water. All the staff were very friendly.

It may sound weird, but yes, like some other comments said before me, the beds are hard like a rock. But this was not a show stopper for us.

This is one of the best hotels in Sauraha if you have a limited budget. The staff is incredibly helpful with the activities you want to do, and with other things like bus tickets and laundry, and on top of that, the manager Sanjey is one of the nicest people we met in Nepal. Our room was very clean, which is not the case for every hotel so close to the jungle.

Great location just outside village, really peaceful. All the staff and super friendly and helpful. Good English spoken. We booked all day jungle walk and they provided us with lunch packs and water.

The host was great, met us at the bus station, sorted a day's jungle walk, did an early breakfast, and had a decent packed lunch. Sorted out our bus ticket to Kathmandu, took us to the bus station in the morning. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable, food hot shower, good breakfast, and lovely grounds to hang out in. Recommend

The room was clean, comfortable and with a lot of space. The common areas are pleasant and the hotel is very well maintained. We ate at their restaurant everyday and the food was always amazing! You can book Jungle walk and Jeep Safari with them at a good price, with good guides. We also booked bus tickets with them and everything went smooth, they even took us to the bus station and made sure we got in the right bus. Best of all, the staff is the kindest!

Best hotel in Sauraha! I highly recommend you stay here!! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room was large and very comfortable, AC worked very well. Very peaceful and quiet as it’s away from the Main Street. We booked our safari activities through the hotel and had an amazing time! They organised our bus back to Kathmandu and dropped us at the bus stop which was so helpful. They even called us early one morning to let us know there was a rhino in the rice fields next to the hotel, which was awesome to see. Cannot fault this place.

We loved this place. The building itself is like living in a garden full of flowers and birds. The room is spacious and comfortable with a wonderful big picture window facing the rice fields. Breakfast is served in a building with both an indoor and outdoor eating area. The location is a ten minutes walk to the town which has cafes, restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. The community also has the cultural center where nightly events are shown. And the Cultural Museum (on the other side of the hotel - 15 minute walk) is worth visiting. We can’t say enough nice things about the owners and staff….some of the kindness people ever. This was our third visit to Tree Tops and will stay here again when we visit Nepal again!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Picked me up from the bus station and dropped me off. Also helped arrange a jungle walk. They provide some water and give free refills when you ask. My room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the rice paddy below.
