Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThe hotel is old, and even thought it is clean, it is old. Moreover, the price is higher than other hotels that are at the same level and with similar services in Kathmandu. Because of that, the value for money is not that much. Also, the swimming pool, looks nice but is in the main garden where weddings and other events take place, so in the practice is very uncomfortable to (try) to swim under everyone else eyes.
I like a lot the staff; they are very friendly and ready to help. The food was also very good. I specially like the restaurants that are linked to the hotel. Moreover, it is important to mention that the hotel is very central, and easy access to the main turist attractions.

Germany- Breakfast service is a bit patchy . Some days you get service and what you want, others simply not. E.g eggs and coffee with a timing that makes sense.. Overall very nice breakfast room.

MalaysiaWe stayed during winter (in December) but we didnt understand why the aircond was fixed to a temparature of 24 throughout. It was too warm for us to sleep in. Had to open the windows and requested for a standing fan in the room!
We had lovely breakfasts during our stay at Spices and the staff were incredibly attentive and kind. We also enjoyed the dinner at the other outlet. I would say, service wise was excellent.

One of the finest hotels in Kathmandu blending tradition and modern architecture. It is located at a 2 minute walk to Durbar Marg, which has various brands shops on both sides, small malls, cafes and restaurants. All major sightseeing locations are either 15 minutes walk away or 15-20 minutes drive. The property has a huge garden, artificial lake, tennis courts and excellent conference facilities. Staff is friendly and helpful, and makes extra efforts to make guests feel at home. The service at breakfast could be improved, though. The hotel has a warm and welcoming vibe to it. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kathmandu.
