Found a dirty sock under the bed which was very dusty and could not cook breakfast as the PowerPoint jump out and we only had the toaster and tv going

Love the big bathroom and it was quite roomy with five adult's we all slept well

No cooking facilities, maybe a portable/electric cooker to make something small for kids or eggs for breakfast. Neighbour's were loud but that's not the accommodations fault. You can hear cars parking/open closing doors outside your bedroom window.

Liked how there were 2 bedroom options if staying with other couples friends. Shower had great pressure and spacious! Sky tv was a bonus

When people arrive they should be asked if you stayed with us before if not they should be told that they can order breakfast the night before and that there's a menus in the book in your room and all guests should shown to there rooms for first time guests

The room was lovely and clean smelled amazing the bed was very comfortable they owner was very nice he even ring me to tell me that I forgot my pillow which I very much appreciate 😊

I paid for an upgrade to a room with a balcony and wasn’t given one. I was running late for an appointment so didn’t have time to question it when I checked in. smokers outside meant I couldn’t open my windows without my room filling with cigarette smoke.

That we were woken everytime someone used the bathroom above us, very noisy pipes. The sheets were very starchy & make lots of noise when you adjusted sleeping positions.

Some very obvious interior finishings problem. Glass shower door does not align. Floor drain in the bathroom isn't the lowest point so water goes everywhere but not into the drain.

The property looks ralatively new/ recently refurbished. Up to standard in term of a motel.

It was noisy. Traffic noise and people talking too loud. Could do with another couch as there was only one. Not enough for a family. A cooking stove would've been great.

Running out of hot water while having a shower was not great and this also happened to my colleague staying in a different room. Being told my credit card had been declined when I had already paid was a bit annoying. I was leaving and just dropped off my key and left. The woman behind the desk then came out to my car saying my card had been declined. I told her I had already paid when we checked in. She wanted to see the receipt but my colleague had it so I got it from her and then the woman realised her mistake. She did get a little irate asking me to return to reception and sort it out.

The place is fine but I probably won’t stay again.
