How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Super well run, spotlessly clean, staff were lovely. Room comfortable with everything you need. Easy to stay with a crawling baby as only had to move a couple of bins off the floor and it was baby proof. Highly recommend!

Bathroom smelt funny and was not clean mould on ceiling in corners and shower worked slowly

“Absolutely perfect motel!!. Very clean and tidy unit. When we arrived, heating was on along with the towel heater, very thoughtful. The room was serviced every day.” Amazing staff that were not only friendly but very thoughtful. The hot tub was amazing, but it was a tad bit too hot for me. The location was perfect. Big thank you to the staff and owners of the Atrium. We absolutely loved our stay.

Location - there were no restaurants or cafes within easy walking distance (it was raining quite heavily). The weather is not Atrium's fault of course.

Room was invested with ants they were even crawling on my things in the bathroom. Strong sewage smell was coming from floor drain in bathroom. Bed was definitely passed it's used by date. Vinyl couch was cracked and slouching. Not what I was expecting.

The lid on the hot tub at night was hard to balance but we got it on the last morning in the daylight.. how to balance it without falling into the tub
I liked the prompt office service and the servicing of the room daily Best thing ever was the hot tub at the end if the day. Ensured we slept well 😌

Was a little disappointed with the so called free wi-fi. it did not seem to have any in unit 15. On the second to last day was contacted to say about excrement on the floor in the bathroom and on the bin in there. They told me it was human excrement. There is no way we would leave it in such a state. There were not enough drinking cups in the unit. When cleaning the units, they opened the windows and it was cold. if we wanted the windows open we would have left them open. I would not consider staying here again. The information booklet was out of date with information about things to do. They had another booklet that was several years old and not suitable to gain information. I don't usually use data on my phone but needed to to get correct information.
Room was serviced daily which is great to comment about.

The shower drain was broken and the shower head was awful. The outside light lit up the window above our bed all night and it was quite bright.
Good pillows, toiletries were nice.

The spa seats were wobbly n broken an the door broke tryna open it too get too spa they didn't giv discount 4 it or anything just said oh we will go look at it bathroom n beds were amazing tho had good sleep an shower

The room was clean and very spacious. It had everything we needed towels, cutlery, microwave, fridge and a comfy bed. It was very nice to have Sky tv and Wifi. The staff were friendly and very accomodating of our requests. We will definitely be back.

Beds are a bit soft however still enjoyed our stay.

Warm water only in the shower and sinks - no hot water. Location: is used for and surrounded by Emergency Housing which housed loud unruly tenants who played loud music and shouting till 2am. As a solo woman traveler I did not feel safe at all, even with having an upstairs unit. Bed was good but pillows were terrible. Not a good experience at all. Motel was good but needed to be uplifted and put in a safe secure area away from homeless
