We can’t recommend this Motel enough Julie and Martin were wonderful and friendly hosts. The room was spacious and clean with all facilities available. The location was perfect. Again totally recommend and would definitely stay there again.

There are a few steps from the bedroom to the bathroom which we had to keep in mind during a nighttime visit to the loo in the dark. The motel is close to the main highway, but we noticed that the traffic noise dropped quite quickly at night so wasn't a problem re sleeping.

A well-equipped motel unit, spacious and with plenty of storage facilities. The owner was very helpful and able to book tours as well as advise about various destinations. The motel is close to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds and is also a comfortable walk from town (Paihia). Additionally, there is a Woolworths supermarket just down the road, which is convenient..

The hosts were very kind and helpful with great recommendations. The unit was very comfortable and had all we needed as a family with young children. It was in a great location very near to the beach and also to the Waitangi grounds but still secluded and peaceful.

Lovely spacious family room. Well appointed with a well eqipped kitchenette. Bathroom spacious. All very clean and well maintained. Hosts friendly and helpful. Supermarket just up the road a little. Quiet.. on a oad, but a quiet one at night.. Very good soundproofing and excellent aur conditioner. Very happy with our stay.

Location is a little out of town but only about a short walk away. It is in a sunny spot, but there is some road noise as it's near a junction although most of the time this isn't an issue. It's about a 5 min or less walk to the beach and about a 15 min walk/short drive to the Treaty Grounds or similar in opposite direction to town. I’ve had such a great time here over the past three days! The rooms have plenty of space to spread out and relax. They’ve got everything you need: well-equipped kitchens, a big TV with Netflix, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. It’s in a great spot too, really close to the waterfront and just a short walk to town. The hosts are lovely and make you feel right at home. I’d 100% recommend this place for anyone on holiday!

The property is at the edge of town and most people would need to drive in. However, this is no problem as there is a lot of free parking.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained studio. The King size bed was very comfortable and we had everything needed for an enjoyable three night stay. Our host, Julie, was friendly and welcoming, without being intrusive. She gave us many good recommendations and provides a laundry service, which was much appreciated on our extended trip. Pahia is a beautiful spot to spend a few days. Highly recommended.
