Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandWe handed our car keys over at the front and paid for our vehicle to be valeted, upon check out 2 days later we were pulled aside to say that our vehicle was found to have been broken into with an attempted theft. We later found out that our vehicle was valet parked in a public Wilson parking facility and when questioned; the security had no access to the CCTV footage. The Cordis has conveniently sent some fine print to our insurance which deems them not responsible and wriggled out of paying the excess; yet they keep offering us a free nights stay with breakfast. the Cordis have failed to show any details as to what sort of valet parking service is offered on the booking sites or their own website. I am writing this to alert future patrons to the unsecured parking valet facility offered there in the hope to avoid this misfortune to anyone else. The irony was; we were having a weekend away from the break ins around our area and to our other work vehicle. 🥴🥺 very disappointed

New Zealandthe check in took half an hour the eftpos wouldn’t accept my card had to try several eftpos machines and the staff started looking at me like I didn’t have money. Then the breakfast was more expensive to go to the restaurant than if I had ordered room service. lastly the elevator closed on my hand and bruised it badly and two staff members did nothing more than say they would have maintenance look at it

New ZealandI was not told clearly the package they had allocated me, i emailed them at length to confirm and let them know before i wrote this, but 3 weeks on still no reply. I didn't get the bubbly in room, didnt get told i had late checkout, didn't get told i have room credit to use, i asked for a dirty tissue to be picked up when i arrived... it wasn't until the lovely turn down lady who looked embarrased and promptly picked it up... many hours after i rang. This very special Club room in new tower should have been the perfect escape but their lack of replies and details let them down.
Amazing Club access, great view of bridge, amazing cocktail lounges and Club had incredible service and excellent quality. The lady who did turn down was a real credit to yr hotel!!!! Beds super comfy, bathroom lovely....

South KoreaWe arrived a little after 4 o'clock, but the room was not ready, and while we were waiting, we offered to provide high tea, sat down, waited for the waiter for more than 15 minutes, and were offered to order something else because it was difficult to provide high tea. I didn't know how much they were offering, so I went to the reception and talked, and I wasted at least 50 minutes. I got a message that the room was ready after 5:30. I was already annoyed before entering the room. The room had a little red mold in the bathroom bath, and the window was open for about 10 minutes because it smelled a little bad ventilation.

New Zealandi booked two rooms for my friends and I, when I went to go into my room, I was given the wrong room, which when I went to check the key it didn’t work, I tried a new key and it didn’t work. the manager came up and tried the key, he then used a master key and it opened but was locked inside. he they went to get maintenance to open the lock, I sat on the floor and waited. knocked on the door and someone else was in the room. i was given the wrong room

AustraliaValet parking was expensive at $55 per night plus you need to give more than 30 mins notice to get access to your car. Also the shower curtains make the bathroom smell very bad they need to be changed more regularly.
