Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandI think the Domestic Staff could have done better because they let down the whole hotel. No attention to detail .The restocking after the last client wasn't done, in the bathroom with towels and toiletries. Plus on the 2nd day I had to chase the room cleaners down to get coffee and sugar as there was only 1 coffee and sugar when I arrived the 1st day.
The room was very clean and comfortable.

New ZealandFrom the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us. It was our son’s birthday and we arrived to balloons on the bed and a wee note with some chocolates for him. The buffet breakfast is also amazing, we have a child with a dairy and egg allergy and when asked the chef went out of his way to make pancakes for him which made his day! Absolutely recommend, we look forward to our next stay at The Cordis!

All staff were welcoming and friendly. The communication service was great. We were allowed to check in early, which was so helpful, very grateful for that. We had room service for breakfast - very reasonably priced and delicious! Kids loved the pools and nice that the main pool was heated. Great hotel experience with family and appreciated the staff making everything so comfortable and easy for us. We look forward to staying again! Thank you!

New Zealand$55 valet parking per night is rather steep, especially with the amount that’s already being paid for the room and that the other closest parking option is an uncovered/unmonitored Wilson parking lot (not the safest place to park in Auckland CBD)
