Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The facilities in the lobby allowing guests to eat their own meals, with supermarket nearby. Great to have a machine dispensing free hot drinks. The play area was also very appreciated by people travelling with young children.

It is what it is. A clean place to stay on your way to or from the airport. A room, a shower, a bed, a television and wifi that's better in some rooms than others. It has the added bonus of sitting on top of a restaurant with somewhat expensive prices and a cafe round the back. Theres also some shops nearby. The highlight of this place is the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport and the airport to the hotel for a modest 6 dollars. Some relics from the covid time in the rooms advising people on how to exercise while in isolation.

Walking distance from airport. Was not expecting so much in the room for the price. It was very clean; the bed was huge and comfortable. It had a TV, a bathroom (with towels), tea and coffee. Good room temperature control. It was quiet.

New ZealandEasy walk from domestic terminal & yellow bus available from both domestic & international $ 8 NZ. Busses go to all local airport hotels. Can buy tickets for bus on lone to. If purchase ticket at hotel only $ 6 NZ tickets can b used any day or time . Ticket machine just inside hotel. Bus stops just outside & goes every 25mins. Good restaurant right next door. A goody for just a one nite stay.

Bit of a wait, so I walked to go get a taxi.. they said they don't do that close.. so I walked back to bus. Paid for 3. Didn't realise my kids were free or half price.. then it just went around the corner. 🤣 wasted money...

New ZealandOnly negative were the bunk mattresses were not very comfy and felt very similar to a DOC hut mattress. At times the line for the only two lifts were quite long and there is no ability to walk up stairs obviously not a major but just a bit irritating. Room was great for sleeping for a few hours but wouldn’t want to stay any longer with a family.
Really clean, really convenient for a late night arrival and early morning flight. Room was fairly quiet and dark at night. Stayed as a family of four in the family room.
