Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Our plane had been delayed so only stayed for a few hours. The gentleman on reception was so nice to us offered a late checkout which we couldn’t do as we had a connecting flight. They gave us a free shuttle pass for returning to the airport

IndiaSite shows they have 2 restaurant in the Hotel. When I enquired , It was told that No restaurant in the Hotel. One good thing was one restaurant was available next door so we could had dinner. A good option if you want to stay clsoe to the airport. Typical Ibis expericence - clean, comfy without any frills. If arriving on foot, it takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from domestic terminal. Also, it's possible to arrange the yellow bus pick up (8NZD). Also in walkable distance to Countdown supermarket and some fast food places.

Not my first stay and won't be my last. Handy location to the airport which you can easily walk to. Room had everything you needed for a overnight stay. Its located next to lots of shops so lots to go see if you need anything last minute.

Close location to airport for overnight stay. Yellow Bus drops off and picks up to the reception which is even better. Had all we needed, plus a jug and tea which was great.

BulgariaRooms are extremely small. In the room I got, there was some permanent noise, and I had to go reception to change it. But when they changed the room, my card didn't work in the elevator. It took some time until everything got resolved.
The staff was very helpful. I had some issues with the room key, and they resolved it quickly. Location is top if you want to be near the airport.
