Internal stairs were a bit scary but the house design doesn't lend itself to a better staircase. Older people and small kids might find it difficult.

Well equipped family bach with lovely views and a nice sitting porch. Beds were comfy. Nice garden.

The bathroom facilities situated down a very narrow set of stairs posed bit of a challenge to us seniors with demanding bladders in the middle of the night.

We enjoyed the proximity to the lake and of course the amazing views.

The bathroom and wc were down steep stairs from the main living area. It was not a problem for us, but you need to ve aware of it.

It was light and airy and the bed and the shower were good. You felt you had space to relax. Locally we'll positioned for Pearl harbour and getting to Te Anau was easy by road.

Property was a little difficult to find initially.

Compact, tho heaps more beds than our small party needed and everything we needed was there to be found. Morning views were lovely. Quiet. Upstairs /downstairs configuration was convenient for us.

The staircase going downstairs to the only bathroom was terrible.

We are from Queensland and the -2 degrees and very slippery ice on the outside stairs was a bit scary for us. I loved the inside stairs it was like an adventure .

Location was beautiful and after the busy week in Queenstown. The two nights in Manapouri was delicious

Spacious. Cosy lounge on a cold rainy day. Warm, comfortable beds. Good wifi. Proximity to Doubtful Sound cruise boats. Good River view. Very helpful host. Proximity to cosy church restaurant.

I found the stairs a bit tricky, but the four men in our group didn't. And in saying that, we would still be delighted to come back to this accommodation again.

We appreciated having enough beds for our family group of five. We were lovely and warm and had everything we needed. We were also perfectly situated for our Doubtful Sound adventure.

Decor is a bit dated, but a lovely family holiday home. Steep narrow steps down to access bathroom and laundry, but wasn't a problem for us.

Great to have the whole house, very spacious for 2! Lovely views and location. Comfy bed. Excellent laundry facilities.

Two of the bedrooms are on the 1st floor and the bathroom is on ground floor with steep stairs.

Internal stairs are very steep and narrow. Hard on knees and hard to carry luggage to the top level. We learnt to take the outside stairs and put up with the weather exposure. Only one toilet and shower on the garage level. Trips to the toilet meant negotiating the steep stairs day and night

Fabulous location 3 minutes walk from Doubtful Sound cruise departure. Lovely river and mountain views. Garage and internal stairs access. Equipped with everything you would need. It is an older style quirky house with fishing art and trophy's on walls. It has the character of the owners. One double bedroom on lower level and 2 double bedrooms on upper level. Lots of space. Laundry with powder supplied in garage.

This property is definitely not for the elderly or disabled and the toilets and bathroom are on a steep narrow stairwell downstairs, as well as a stairwell for the front door.

Location of the property was in a quiet scenic area. Rooms were clean and the facilities were good.

1. Bathroom, toilet and bedroom number 3 were located downstairs, adjacent to the garage. It was cumbersome and freezing to venture down there in the morning.

Very spacious - two storey house, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining area, bathroom/toiler and sheltered outdoor deck area 3. Kitchen was well equipped 4. Free WiFi 5. Washing machine, dryer and iron 6. Electric blankets on the beds and large heater upstairs

Perfect location for setting off on Fiordland Boat trip in morning. Beds comfortable, close walking distance to shop/cafe and boat harbour. Long term car parking right next door.
