How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

It was clean, close to the airport, staff were friendly and helpful but it was does not offer anything that we saw on the room menu besides Indian for an evening meal when we arrived , which my husband can't eat.

The Manha is a fairly new hotel. Everything was clean and seemed quite new. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had the dinner in our room and it was tasty. The yellow bus comes around all day and through the night from domestic and international airport. Very easy.

Location is naff
Everything you need in the room. Quiet and clean. Room service was a great option and kitchenette in room was nice to have.

Very nice hotel, fast check in and out. Serviced by the Yellow Bus from the airport. Food options were a bit limited but ok. Free breakfast was adequate.

Manha Hotel provided excellent accommodation. Large, modern and comfortable rooms and a good sized, modern bathroom. Free parking was a great bonus. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room service was available which was very convenient. The included buffet breakfast was much appreciated. My only negative being the yoghurt in the buffet breakfast is put in large, open bowls with a spoon, to help yourself. My concern would be possible cross contamination if someone, perhaps a child potentially licked the spoon and returned it to the bowl. Individual yoghurt pots would be preferable. But overall, very happy with our Manha stay.

This is an ideal location if you want to be near the airport. It wasn't far from shopping, either. The staff we met were incredibly nice and the room was clean and had everything we could need. We got in late but we were still able to order food and have it brought to our room. It was so delicious and reasonably priced.

The breakfast area is very small and we had to wait for space to be available.
The staff were welcoming and efficient and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The rooms had everything you needed and were reasonably spacious to allow a comfortable stay. There was plenty of parking at the rear of the property and the property was easy to get to and provided a quick journey to the airport.

Nothing. The hotel was fabulous.
The hotel was for a one night stopover after being at a sporting championships for one week. The property was convenient to return my hire car and walk back to the hotel, and close to the airport for my following days travel. The staff were terrific, and knowledgeable, able to help me easily with my inquiries, and with my airport shuttle request.

Always consistent with their product and their offerings. I love the size of the rooms and the facilities. Everything for me is top notch and I’m happy with what they offer. Their staff know how to treat people also and this is the biggest different the Manha Hotel leaves on their guests. This is what they stand out for. Can’t fault them- Love staying with you Manha.

Bed was for us quite hard but the staff kindly gave us a duvet to soften things. The location makes it difficult to travel north during peak traffic.

Nothing. All was good.
Great place to stay. Not as expensive as others in the area and just as nice. Quick check in, staff very friendly, comfy bed, clean and buffet was basic but quality. Oh and the yellow bus is very convenient, just remember to buy your ticket from the machine!
