Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaManha Hotel provided excellent accommodation. Large, modern and comfortable rooms and a good sized, modern bathroom. Free parking was a great bonus. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room service was available which was very convenient. The included buffet breakfast was much appreciated. My only negative being the yoghurt in the buffet breakfast is put in large, open bowls with a spoon, to help yourself. My concern would be possible cross contamination if someone, perhaps a child potentially licked the spoon and returned it to the bowl. Individual yoghurt pots would be preferable. But overall, very happy with our Manha stay.

United StatesThis is an ideal location if you want to be near the airport. It wasn't far from shopping, either. The staff we met were incredibly nice and the room was clean and had everything we could need. We got in late but we were still able to order food and have it brought to our room. It was so delicious and reasonably priced.

The staff were welcoming and efficient and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The rooms had everything you needed and were reasonably spacious to allow a comfortable stay. There was plenty of parking at the rear of the property and the property was easy to get to and provided a quick journey to the airport.

The hotel was for a one night stopover after being at a sporting championships for one week. The property was convenient to return my hire car and walk back to the hotel, and close to the airport for my following days travel. The staff were terrific, and knowledgeable, able to help me easily with my inquiries, and with my airport shuttle request.
