Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

New ZealandCould hear the people walking and moving things above our room. The truck sounds from outside too. Noise level was not really high so it shouldn’t wake you up. Deep sleepers wouldn’t have any issues.
Property was very clean, neat and close to the airport. It had a vibrant feel. Staff were super helpful and nice. Airport shuttle bus available which was very handy for my early morning international arrival. Just exactly what I needed

AustraliaThe location is in an industrial area. No restaurants within walking distance I think. One needs a car to use this hotel as a base for exploring Auckland.
Easy check in, 24 hour reception, very quiet, very clean, new hotel, friendly staff, good buffet breakfast, could not ask for more. Only stayed one night after late arrival at the airport. Transferred via yellow bus to the front door for $8 per person.

United StatesIt is a bit isolated from amenities like shops and restaurants, but they are not far by car. One of our party came down with a cold. It was difficult for us to find a nearby chemist.
This was the last night of a long holiday before flying home. It was clean and close to the airport for a morning flight.

This hotel is designed to help those who arrive late at Auckland airport - or need to stay close for an early departure. Its not meant as a holiday destination hotel! And it does its job VERY well. Its clean and functional- Sure, the dining area is modest and simple… Free breakfast offers a limited but perfectly reasonable choice. The restaurant menu at night is actually very good - my minestrone was quite perfect. Very comfortable beds - safe off street parking - shuttles to airport …. And all at a good price point. Very helpful and friendly staff.

This is in an excellent locale to the international airport. Staff were wonderful. The fridge wasn't working & the young man replaced it immediately without fuss. Had the fried rice delivered to the room & it was really good. Staff organised the shuttle for us to get to the airport next morning. Again, no fuss.

New ZealandFeels a bit cheap and unfinished in places. Definitely could have done with the help of an interior designer - the rooms are beyond plain yet the lobby is tacky and garish. Location is also a bit odd, right next to a container yard.
Near new hotel located 7 mins drive from the airport. Ideal for an early morning or late night flight. Quick check in and plenty of parking.
