As a female corporate traveler the lighting in the bathroom was extremely poor for getting ready for work, lovely but very dark rooms. no towel rails, and couldn't find a full length mirror, all thigs that are important when your working.

The staff were wonderful, location great, rooms extremely modern and comfortable.

The air conditioning turns off sporadically, and so you can smell the sulphur from outside.

Overall, it was a great hotel with very helpful and friendly staff.

The room could have been cleaner especially the bathroom sink. Weren’t enough plugs in the room. Wall paper was peeling in some parts of the room. No on-site parking. Would have expected a bit better for the price paid.

The lay out of the Room!! Was terrible looking straight from your bed at the shower and toilet absolutely no privacy. No plates or knives in room to enjoy nibbles in your room.

Our air conditioning heater was not working. Room was cold. We were moved to another room but it was a smaller room and wasn't as nice. No discount given just the upgrade money we paid was refunded.

Bathroom setup was just weird no privacy to get changed, nowhere to put clothes while using bathroom. The toilets had open windows up the top so you couldn’t use the toilet in private.

Street parking was a bit of a challenge around the Hotel. We noticed the off street parking wasn't used much by many guests, we also would have used it if was around the $25 - $30 per night instead of $49; and the lower price you may actually make more revenue from it than at $49 a night?

Valet parking was the only choice at the hotel which was expensive per night so we had to look for a park on the street. Parking on the street was with meters and we were lucky our stay was over a bank holiday and weekend so costs were reduced.

No parking having to pay $50 extra for secure parking was a bit if a cheek. Didn’t like that the toilet wasn’t completely closed off from the bedroom. So other people could hear you going to the toilet!!

Not so much that I didn’t like it but the facilities were a bit odd, the bathroom isn’t closed of just has frosted glass which at times we’re see through. Perfect if you were on a couples night

Perfect location, close to eat street and lake front ✨ staff were so friendly and accomodating! Best staff other than one other place I’ve stayed. Rooms really tidy and the tv has so many options when you’re stuck with the kids.

Hard to find parking unless you pay parking downstairs although the hotel has loading zone.

I love the coffee from the coffee maker. I had two cups at night and slept well. I had two in the morning and made me feeling awake. Hahaha! The staffs are very friendly and I like their lovely smiles.

Toiletries are not good given it's star rating.

The location and bathrooms are good! I like shower and bathtub are separated. No view. Room size is acceptable for family. Parking is a bit pricy but you can get free street parking within acceptable walking distance.
