Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. New ZealandNo parking - well, VIP parking at $49 per day, just a tad much for my budget.
Great location right in the heart of town and just around the corner from work. Super comfy bed and great pillow choices. Different style bathroom to what I have ever seen at a hotel. Was fine for me as I was travelling solo, but I'm sure my husband would not have liked the set up. Gym super clean and new equipment, was great, had the place to myself. Didn't use the restaurant/bar but was vibing each time I went past. Immaculately clean rooms and would definitely stay again.

ChinaMy friend and I stayed for 3 days and our room wasn't cleaned once. Though we did get some new towels upon request. The bathroom layout was interesting- it was an open plan with separate toilet and shower, however, the toilet door didn't quite shut and left a large gap. Parking around the hotel is all on a time limit so we had to pay the $49 a day valet fee.
It was nice and close to a range of eating establishments including eat street. Staff were friendly and helpful! Beds were comfortable.

New Zealand1) The corner of the roof has a huge spider web, which is really disappointed. 2) I called the service centre to fix the safe problem in my room, the call was made in 9pm, and they didn't send any staff to check until I called the second time at 12am! This is even frustrating! 3) The hotel doesn't have executive lunge, swimming pool, it is not like a five star hotel. They even charge you with the bottle water, no matter the tap water is safe to drink or not, at least welcome drink should be provided to your customer. 4) the room is next to the Lift, really noise. After all, not quite wroth the money.
The staff at reception is really helpful, their steak is really good.

AustraliaI wouldn’t say we didn’t like it but one thing that was a bit of a let down was that we should have been informed we were being placed in a disabled access room. It is not a big problem but my partner is 6”6 and all that got washed in our stay was his belly button due to the height of the shower. We do also think for the price that breakfast should be included and at least some bottled water in the room.
We liked how close the property was to everything you needed in Rotorua. The room was also very clean and felt nice to stay in, plus the staff were friendly.

E whā tekau mā iwa tāra te utu mō te whakatū waka ki tō rātou wāhi. The toilet room is spacious yet the acoustics can be heard throughout the room haha, no bottled water available, we had to fill the kettle and the coffee machine at the bathroom sink. The parking is a bit pricey for less than 24hr stay too.
He tata ki te tāone, he ngākau taurima ngā kaimahi, he mā ngā rūma, ā, i au te moe. Close to town, hospitable staff, clean room and had a comfy sleep.

The location of the property and the friendliness of the housekeeping staff. As a coffee drinker "Love" that they had a nesspresso machine and filled it daily with variety of pods. Thank you for housekeeping for that.
