Room was not clean and unfortunately I found out on the last day there was blood on my bedsheet. I was only told at check in there is no parking included and there is $15 parking fee to park at the hotel carpark.

New ZealandThe Receptionist/manager on arrival (Friday). After having a long day (delayed flights) and cancelled flights. With the cancelled flights, anxiously waiting to see if the rest of the whanau travelling would be able to make it to wedding (Saturday), the last thing that I needed, was to be greeted by 'arrogance'. To suggest that I 'can leave my bags at reception' so that I could rush up town to get cash $200 holding fee!!!! I mean, really! My two nights were already paid so couldn't understand why he couldn't have just given me my room card, let me refresh and then go and get the cash from a money machine. It was only because I objected that he gave it. Felt that I was being treated like a criminal...
The cleaners were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated it. Sometimes the little things, like a smile, make the difference to a person's day.

New ZealandGo with credit card or they ask for $200 upfront before you get your key. But I did get my $200 back by lunchtime of my check out.
Location. Close to everything we needed walking distance to food places and Trafalgar square. I paid for parking but wasn't able to fit by the time I got back. So they gave me an extra night parking free.

New ZealandStaff are Bloody lier, they advertised a room with two options, I choose two single bed but insted they give us normal doble bed and foldable portable bed which was horrible feeling to sleep on it, pillow sheet had yellow stain on it, no extra toilet paper, only half used one from thr previous gust, tissue box had only 5 peace of tissue inside, very noisy, one of the shetiest Quest that I ever stayed. Not recommend at all, price is to high from what you get🖕👎

New ZealandOn the Booking.com website it stated that there was no toaster ocen microwave etc. I would have been more helpful if we had known there was a toaster and an iven in our rooms!
We liked that we could leave our big Hiking backpacks x 4 at the hotel so we didn't have to carry the heavy packs around the city while we waited until it was time to head to the airport to board our flight to Auckland.

New ZealandThere was no one at rec reception and we had to wait 45 minutes before someone came to check us in The man who finally arrived was rude and argumentative, dismissive of us, and treated us. Woman like we were second class, citizen’s. We booked a room with two beds. He gave us a room with one we asked for the room that we booked. He said this hotel does not have rooms with double beds, then went on to say he could change our king bed and two single beds, but it would take an hour so we would have to wait An hour and a half after arriving at the property, we finally got into our room. The guy made our beds pretty poorly. We had to ask for blankets. When he got the blankets, he threw them on the bed and left. See pictures below. I would never recommend this property to anyone, what’s the worst stay There was also a party going on in the room next to us, and no manager on site to manage noise control.
