The hotel is within walking distance to most places, however, it was also close to the “food kitchen”. This brought a lot of homeless people around. This is typical of “city” life, but not the best visual walking up to your hotel. Also, we had a van for travel. It was super tight in the garage, so we never used the car because it was a pain. Lastly, the interconnecting room is not what I interpret as “interconnecting”, but we made it work.

I liked the kitchenette and the ability to fix a little food.

Bathroom door handle was broken, so that you can lock yourself inside!! Very unfriendly guy in the reception, never felt so unwelcome in a hotel. Parking space is expensive and very tight. Many loud cars and loud music in the night.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. Our first room was so revolting with mouldy stains in the cupboard, musty smells and was filthy, when we told you, you did make an effort and changed our room for the second night. While the room was much nicer and no stains it was still filthy. I had to rinse someone else's hair out of the shower, the windows had smears all over them, the top cupboards had not been cleaned. On Saturday when we moved into that room, i put the airconditioning unit on and noticed it leaking. I came down to the front desk to let them know. I also said that i was going to be out shopping so if they could get someone to look at it while i was gone. I was told this was going to happen. When i got back to the room later, the unit was still leaking. The carpet underneath was soaked as was the towel i had left down there. We couldnt use the air con the rest of the time we were there, so we were hot and did not sleep well at all. My husband slept on the couch as he found it more comfortable than the bed. So what was supposed to be a mini vacation for us left us tired grumpy and for me with my asthma unwell. The only thing that was great out of the stay was the staff were very friendly.

The room card was required to power the room and I was only given a single card so would return to a hot and stuffy room. The air conditioning was not very effective either and I question the cleanliness of it as I have now developed a sinus infection which I believe is related to this!

Although I loved the apartment, if anything I didn't like... there were few wear and tear bits around the room that touched safety. Entrance door jib, sliding door lock.

Shabby decor . Air conditioning broken. Unpleasant smell from very sticky carpet in bedroom . Had to wear shoes instead as feet got very dirty otherwise! Had to move rooms as we were not initially given the executive suite we had booked!

Nothing really I was nervous that I was arriving outside reception times but it all went smoothly.

The shower was amazing best ever. Great water pressure. The apartment was very spacious exceeded what I expected and had all items I could need and more eg washer and dryer tv in bedroom and lounge area. Lovely staff and you can store baggage if required.

Pretty dark and dingy. Bathrooms are quite dark and the soap dispensers in the shower were empty/not working, which is probably for the best since they were also mouldy. They have said they plan for imminent renovations however things like the chair legs at the dining table were broken and the curtain was hanging off the railing which are things that should be fixed without needing to wait for a renovation. Also the beds were quite hard, and started to separate in the middle while I was sleeping in it.

Location is right next to a little dairy/supermaket and a subway which was really useful. It also has a car park, although it’s quite pricey and a tight squeeze

Didn't not like anything that mattered too much.. Maybe pickier people would moan about little shit like wall socket not working, no sky tv, sliding door handle being loose etc.. Those things didn't bother or hinder us as the location was spot on for our needs this trip.. Kudos to Quest On Hobson crew..

If you value WiFi connection, you should know that not all rooms have the same connectivity. My room was pretty far out from the router I guess and so there was no connection available The person at reception was trying to help in a very top line way, not too engaged in my situation. His solution was to give me the login detail again. I had to purchase data for 50$ and have asked for compensation! Reception said they will ask management and u never heard again even after my follow ups. Additionally reception works till 8pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends. Cleaning doesn’t happen on the weekends

The room wasn’t as described. The bed was supposed to be a queen but was two singles pushed together which was super uncomfortable. There was no duvet cover just a sheet placed on top and under. Also blood stains on the duvet. The bathroom was disgusting there was pink mold on the shower and dust piss stains on the silicon around the shower also the walls around the toilet. The condition of the room itself wasn’t nice there were burn marks on the carpet and marks all over the walls. Overall not a nice place to stay at.
