Friendly and helpful staff. Room itself was clean and had a nice kitchen and washing machine. Very convinient location.

Having only one key to access the building made my partner and I have to share it and have to call the employee on duty to open our door late at night because we forgot our only key in the bedroom.

The location of the property, the rooms are clean and tidy big comfortable beds and the staff were very helpful let us check in early on arrival.

Little worn and tattered in parts of the room. Shame the views were of other city residents. So you had no privacy unfortunately. Also no options to open windows for fresh air.

Really loved being so close to the CBD. Allowed alot of site seeing and exploring of great food places. Very comfortable bed.

Our room was actually a comfortable little apartment with the conveniences of a kitchenette (with sitting area) and laundry appliances. We were able to walk to the harbor, and the Sky Tower was on the next block.

Building under construction so scaffolding in front of windows and there were 2 man hole sized holes in the ceiling that had been covered by Bluetack and pieces of white paper.

over priced parking the room was dirty the fridge smells bad the housekeeping didn’t even replace towels and body wash etc without being asked several times for a three night stay we only had soaps and fresh towels for one night.

The location was good for what we were doing in Auckland's CDB.

first room smelt of smoke, it was awful, we requested a different room and got another one that was fresh, however curtains are hard to close, and were broken in one corner of the lounge. car parking is across the road which is difficult with your luggage and there are a lot of loiterers on the building especially at night it doesn’t feel safe the cleaner also knocked, we said we are changing don’t come in, however he had fully opened the door which was really rude. and the night shift manager said she would get us supplies and never showed up, didn’t appear very happy. the girl on checkin who replaced our room was amazing

Great location right by Sky City/Sky Tower. Short walk to Queen St., the ferry building, and many other attractions. Apartment was extremely spacious and fully furnished. It was great to have a separate living room/dining area and we were able to do laundry with the in-unit washer/dryer. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
